My review is specific to the Subway outlet on McMillan Rd (Abbotsford). We order very regularly from Subway - vegetarian rice bowl being our preferred choice. We live close to Sumas mountain and the outlet at Whatcom Road is really good. But today as we were traveling from Abbotsford city, we picked it up on the way from the outlet at McMillan Road. Reached home, opened the rice bowl and were in for a rude shock - the quantity was almost half of what we usually get, with meagre quantities of veggies, no sauces, and you name it. This was after an initial shocker with the staff at the outlet which was very unusual - she wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. If there was an option to give a negative 5 rating on Google reviews, I would have reserved it for this outlet. No more orders for this Subway outlet, ever. And expectedly, I would NOT recommend this outlet to any of my contacts ever.

Went for a 12’ specifically asked for cheddar and got given mozzarella, which was not spread evenly nor was the jalapeño I asked for(both sides very uneven with ingredients)The guy who made the order obviously didn’t care whatsoever, he wasn’t even present.

Went to get a meal and noticed a previous customer complaining of being served frozen soup, the employee dumped the already-served soup back into the bulk of soup.This is against food-safe standards.The bread I was served with my sandwich was old, chewy, and stale.Total order time for one sandwich: 6 minutes.Workers were friendly enough, but the lack of food-safety understanding is alarming.

I've online ordered a few times here through the app. Each time there was hardly any veggies on the sandwiches. This time I tried ordering "more" of certain veggies and still only had like three pieces of lettuce, and a sprinkling of everything else. My guess is the owner is trying to save on veggies. The bread was also very hard and stale. It's too bad because the location is so convenient but I'm probably not going to go back.

Ordered 3 steak and cheese and 1 teriyaki chicken, all 3 steak subs had no meat and hardly and veggies. Not worth 60 dollers for bread. Ridiculous

Gone down hill. The past few times my sandwich is toasted so much that I can barely bite into it. My husband went into today and ordered a BLT, they told him that “they don’t do BLT sandwiches anymore” yet subway has always been about making a custom sandwich….it talks about it on the website. The BLT hasn’t been on the menu for YEARS, yet I’ve ordered it still. Besides a BLT is literally bacon, lettuce and tomatoes….super easy to make. He asked for extra bacon, there was a total of three strips stuck directly on top of each other in the same spot. My sandwich was drowned in mayo, and so much lettuce. I don’t know if there’s new staff or the staff that we’ve dealt with recently are just young and don’t care, but I think we’ll go a different subway from now on or not at all.

Ordered 3 trays for a party a week in advance. Order was supposed to be ready sauturday between 11:15-11:30. When I got there at 11:30, they hadn't even started the order. I ended up canceling it,because I would have been waiting forever to get it and would be late to my parents. THe guy was unapologetic, almost rude. I have to now wait for the owner to credit back my $180 dollars online....no offer of some free subs in the future or anything just uninterested in my business.....badly run
