Subway

Had a bad experience at the Subway on South Fraser Way in Abbotsford. We visited around 10:15, and a girl was working at that time. She was very rude throughout the interaction. We asked for the sauces to be added in a zigzag pattern, but she added way too much—even after mentioning that it would make the sub soggy. As a staff member, she should know the appropriate amount to use for a good customer experience.

We also asked for extra green peppers and red onions. While she added the red onions, she completely ignored the request for more green peppers and gave us attitude. To top it off, she rudely said, “Just take your drink from the back, you tell us if that’s okay.”I wish there should have been the option of 0 star but unfortunately it’s not .

Customer service is a big part of any experience, and unfortunately, this visit left us feeling disrespected and disappointed.

The experience was really bad. The girl served was in her attitude just. When i told her to spread wisely at each corner then she was making faces. And when there was the time of payment she charged me for bigg veggie but I ordered simple veggie patty from build your own sub. I came here previously as well and that girl charged me right price with veggie patty. But today when i told this girl that you charged me more she told they donot have option of veggie patty in their system as there was option of veggie patty in build your own sub. She was making me fool just. It was really bad experience. I must request employee should be guided properly so that instead of arguing she should do her work correctly.
