I highly recommend everyone visit this location. Their food is fresh and full of ingredients, with a decent amount of veggies. Their staff, Sukh and Ajoban, are polite, friendly, and respectful and provide incredible service.

Pawan was amazing today, she had to deal with 5 orders before mine, plus 4 online orders. She was able to multitask and provide excellent customer service! She was alone it was 10 pm at night and she handled everything with grace. Great job Pawan! 👏 be proud of yourself

I always go to this Subway and never a complaint, the girls there were lovely and recognized us as regulars. I leave a tip here too. However this time the service was very much lacking.

They may have had a new hire but the workers had no idea what sandwich was mine… kept getting it mixed up and asking other customers what they want on my sandwich. That’s fine but what was very upsetting is how stingy employees were in putting veggies and sauce (probably because they were new). But it was baffling the portion sizes they gave.

When I order a veggie footlong for my dad and asked for all veggies, under no circumstances should you put only 4 ONIONS strands. Might as well consider that as no onion. I had to ask 4x times to get a decent amount of any veggies for a veggie sandwich. That made no sense. + they only ran the sauce once across the sandwich instead of twice like every other subway does. I asked for more on another sub but after that I just gave up and got tired of repeating myself…

Other customers complained inline about portion sizes for their sandwich as well. We all looked at eachother and thought “why don’t they understand that if everyone is complaining, maybe you are doing something wrong”

Subway in general has really gone down hill…

The worker was fine. Rest everything was just usual and nothing new. Therefore.....

The staff are the reason for the review.
So welcoming and warm. They were very busy earlier in the evening and yet their hospitality didn't waver. Thank you for being the only place around town where you can get late at night food

While I think the veggie patty has gone down in flavor, it's still a veg option

I like the service at this location only. I had very bad service from the one in Clearbrook on South Fraser way they are rude as hell.

Absolutely loved my experience at Subway! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor – just how I like it. What made it even better was the amazing customer service. Sanpreet, who passed me my order, was incredibly friendly and polite, making the visit so much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of great food and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this location!

3 rd class service by evening shift staff big zero star for them, if you don’t have material for order just say no, rather then give in less quantity..

The online orders don’t seem to be read by employees making them. My order is often wrong, as it was tonight, and it’s not right considering the price.

I just spent 10 minutes picking out a ton of olives and will be going elsewhere moving forward.

Most staff are kind however one lady starting swearing at me and my boyfriend in a different language without realize my boyfriend could understand what they were saying, all because we said we would wait for them to make more meatballs for his meatball sub. They will tell you it will take 15-20 minutes to make more when it takes less than 5 minutes.

I have ordered 3 veggie patty subs but all the subs was disgusting and they are not toasted up right and ingredients used in sub sandwich was not taste well. Have a very bad experience
