This is the worst subway in Abbotsford, the employees are terrible at their jobs they can’t follow simple instructions ask for lots of cucumbers you get 5 slices haha and the take out orders get priority even if they are half way through your sandwich, avoid this one at all cost

I called in and ordered a catering platter for pickup same day, and all sandwiches were delicious! The girls working were so helpful and friendly, great service and great quality food. Everything was fresh. Will definitely be back to this location!

I tried to make an order through the app for over $50. Showed up on my credit card as a pending charge. When I went to pick up, the girl insisted it didn't show on their end and was an error in the app, so I made an in person order.
Guess what? It DID go through on my credit card.
I have tried to contact the owner through email and an online form, but nothing.
Now I will have to do a credit card chargeback.
What poor customer service and handling by the owner. I see they don't even address customer concerns on the reviews either.

Made our sandwichs wrong and sloppy and driedup with barely no toppings and just sauce.. called to ask if we can get re made and they just argued ,
I then proceeded to ask where is the customer service at this restaurant or are we gunna argue that we are not wanting to eat our food because its not to standard the lady just refused to accept that we were unhappy and kept trying to say theres nothing wrong..

Customer service is supposed to be putting the customer first , and i dont complain much but like come on going to argue with me on the phone about if it was made right or that it had the correct toppings like really, re train your staff at this location because doesn’t make the owner or the management look good , ive worked in customer service for 11 years i never argue customers idk what the hell has changed but super ridiculous

I often go this subway restaurant in weekdays, Generally, I receive a good service and Never had any issues. But today I went there with two of my friends we were going to have lunch. We waited in Line Up for 22 minutes from 1:13 PM till 1:35 PM. The person ahead of me she asked the server how many people on site working today and server said she’s by herself. I understand that if she’s working by herself, the service could be slow. But it was my turn, and there was no one behind me, She received one online Order approximately 10 minutes after I was in line already. When it’s my turn, she started to prepare that online order while I was on site waiting in queue for my turn.

When I mentioned, I’m getting late for my meeting and it’s my turn. The server’s answer was no I have to prepare the Online order first!!!!!!

When I asked why? Her answer was, “ Or else they will put Google reviews.”

I was very disappointed for 3 reasons :

1. Why there was only one person by herself in lunch hour ?
2. Why there is no value of 3 of us friends time, While we were waiting in queue since last 22 minutes ?
3. Isn’t this Subway restaurant supposed to be first come first serve ?

Finally, after wasting our time we walked out without having lunch.
It would be highly appreciated if store manager or owner can respond back on this same review for all three of my questions.

worst customer service and staff!! staff undertrained and seems to rule their own store and have very rude tone! never experienced this kinda service and when i talked about this to manager, i felt that female manager herself need some training about the answers which they need to give customers and seems like worst experience with staff and managers. Did emailed them as well, so that boss could see that but i waited for about a week now but got no response, i hope their boss see this and take some action on the staffs behavior.
