Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki rolls, 1 yam roll, 1 avocado/mango roll and the veggie tempura.
The girlfriend and I both got severe food poisoning shortly after finishing our sushi. $42 to projectile vomit, not exactly how I wanted to spend my only night off.
Quality food and good amount of serving for a competitive price!
Worst flamed sushi I have ever had. The crazy boy roll was an interesting Take, rolls cut in half which was nice.
Love the combination boxes! Great deal and quality.
Last week I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed to witness the way the counter manager she is a Chinese woman was treating delivery drivers. The behavior was rude and completely unprofessional. Delivery workers provide an essential service and deserve respect like anyone else.
As a customer, it made me uncomfortable to see this kind of treatment—it reflects poorly on your establishment and affects the overall atmosphere. I hope the management takes this seriously and works toward treating all workers with dignity and fairness.
Local sushi, friendly and decent fish for all the way in the Valley. Still very happy with quality. Thank u Sushi Nara
This place has gone downhill drastically over the last few months. We order there once a week but will be looking for a new place. Over the last few months, whenever we place an order for pickup, they never tell us the true time for the wait. Even when we get there at the time we're told, they tell us "another 5 minutes" ... which they stretches to another 20-35 minute wait on top of that! Why not just tell us the true time from the beginning?! This results in a massive hoard of people standing in this tiny restaurant and lined out the door, all waiting for their orders. This hasn't been just once... they consistently do this, and the staff are unapologetic.
Over the last few months, they have also skimped on their seaweed (nori) in wrapping their rolls, so their rolls are not sealed up and fall apart, avocado has been rotten and rice is hard and al dente.
Recent experiences have been frustrating and disappointing, and the fact that they intentionally don't tell you the true wait time as they don't want to lose business, is exactly why we're going elsewhere.

This has always been our go to place, but lately it has been really hit or miss for good rolls. Tonight's crazy girl was under cooked and didn't taste good at all. The regular rolls were not rolled evenly either. We did take out so didn't notice until we got home, so we weren't able to return the items. We will probably search out another place.

Had to call server multiple times for service to be able to order and to get side plates as they wouldn't come on their own... Dim lights, sad music, clean bathrooms. Ordered sashimi tower, it was inedible Multiple bites required to chew through each bite of the sashimi... Kalamari was so overcooked you could bounce it off the plate. Rainbow roll tasteless. unagi nigiri gritty. Chicken Karage not bad. Volcano roll good. Spat out most of the food aside from Karage and volcano roll. Manager had a rude tone of voice, they said that the fish was up to their standards. which given that the sashimi was tasteless and more difficult to chew than a tough beef jerky is a low bar.
Tea had little more flavor than hotwater.
Update... Ended up getting sick later that night and the next day after eating here.
Would not recommend or return. If you are forced to go the karage and volcano roll won't make you cry
$60 for poor quality food and service...
