If you like deep fried sushi don't order from here. My Crazy Girl roll looked like it was fried for 2 seconds..it was cold and soggy with absolutely no colour..just uncooked batter. I ended up just hollowing it out and eating the inside of the roll. The rest of the sushi I ordered did not look fresh either..horrible presentation. I ate it because I spent $70, I was hungry and after calling the restaurant to complain they wouldn't do anything about it except say sorry.

Glass found in my food! Chicken box! Called to complain and they didn’t understand. And then tried to say they don’t have anything glass that they use! I did order thru DoorDash so I got a refund thru DoorDash. But definitely won’t be eating from here ever again. Took a bite, and just a huge crunch as I bit into glass!

Ist time visit today - advised by a friend. OMG the entire lunch experience was top drawer. Been to many sushi establishments in my day. This Is NOW my go to place !!!

Ordered regularly about a year ago and it was 5 stars. Ordered tonight and got week old chicken and beef teriyaki, beef was crusty and in a hunk instead of strips and chicken was chewy and didnt taste fresh. Cali roll tasted good though

I don’t generally leave reviews but as I’m sick as heck with food poisoning right now, I’m leaving one. I was in a few nights ago for dinner and had chicken karage, and a couple rolls. I only ate a bit of the chicken karage and took the rest home. The next day had some less than pleasant tummy aches. I had the remainder of the chicken for lunch the next day, taking a chance that hopefully my upset stomach was something else. No, definitely it was not as I’m currently as sick as can be. Do not go here. Either the chicken was undercooked or it was bad from the get go, and I’m leaning on bad from the get go as I re-heated it. I also wanted to note the service was ok, slow, but ok. But the atmosphere is strange, there’s supplies everywhere for everyone to see. Crates of cans of pop, boxes of napkins etc, lined up against all the walls. Not super professional for a restaurant.

I’ve been coming here a lot. Two of the servers are UFV girls studying business. What are the chances they are from the same city as my late dad! Started chatting with Ashley as I admired her tats from a Japanese artist. Ruth went back to South Korea - she was always smiling and hugging me when I came to dine. You’ll love the staff especially Manager, Young-Ae along with the delicious food. It’s a popular place especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Popular for take out too!
