Was going to go to Thai express and the site said open till 12am but they were closed.. that’s false advertisement
Showed up around lunch hour on a Wednesday and they were out of tofu, prawns, chicken, and pad Thai noodles. We went elsewhere.
Got take out last night. Fried rice with chicken and some chicken pineapple thing.
There was virtually no pineapple, the beef in my dish was more like some kind of mystery meat ball. Thai food should be bursting with flavor, an adventure for your taste buds. This was as bland as it gets and both dishes were beyond dry. The chicken in the rice was basically inedible and no lie, when we first saw it in it's ultra thin, wrinkled up form we didn't know if it was a wonton or, well, use your imagination and picture a body part that is wrinkled looking skin all the time.
I'm sorry that it's harsh (not really) but it was gross. We will stick with the authentic Thai places. It was late and this was what was open, so we tried. With a 4.1 star rating we had a reasonably high expectation which was not met in any way at all.
Total fail especially considering we live on the east side of abbotsford and drive to high street for this.

Dry and rubbery. I ate just the rice because I was hungry. Poor quality food. The rest went into the trash. I’ll stick to authentic Thai food. Not this stuff.

Very disappointed...food was very average..ordered wings and got chicken tenders....very little in soup...pad Thai is one big ball of mush? spring rolls were mushy
Basically $79 of rice noodles....$8 for a teeny piece of cake
Never again and will tell everybody me
I loved the Thai Express when it was in seven oaks mall, so when they moved to Highstreet mall, i drove the extra distance to have it again with high expectations of what I was used to. While the new location is aesthetically nice, the food was terrible. I didn’t even finish my Pad Se Ew, and this is what i always order. Tasted stale, bland, and not at all what Abbotsford fans of Thai express would be used to from the last location. It’s clear they changed ownership and cooks…

Found two pieces of plastic in my shrimp pad Thai. Unpleasant service. Not coming back. Tried other dishes, they were always over salted.

Arsh and Ravi are very polite and helpful in their service. Their cooking is sumptous and awesome! My wife and I enjoy the Tom Yum noodles, Tom Yum fied rice, Pad See ew, and other stir fries. Go here for good dinners!

I ordered for pick up, I always get the same thing and when it was at seven oaks it was amazing, my doodle were dry. Just so dry. There was more meat and veggies then I normally get though. Just needs more sauce.

The service and the place were horrible. The lady that attended me was rude and not helpful at all. The place was very dirty and the washrooms were smelly and dirty.

It’s 15 minutes from when food is ordered online until when it’s ready, which when there are 0 customers, is strange.
The service on this experience was terrible.
