The place was very busy, but I honestly don’t understand why. Prices are overcharged for the portion sizes. I had a sandwich that you can just make it at home and don’t pay 20$ for it. I ordered a Nutella waffle expecting a crunchy waffle with some Nutella and banana on top, but instead I got a soggy waffle drowned in Nutella and whipped cream ( I didn’t ordered whipped cream) — it was overwhelming and unpleasant. I even tried scraping some off, but it was still bad.
I’ve been here before and it’s disappointing to see how much the quality has gone downhill. The coffee was also underwhelming and the overall ambience was just average. For the price, you can get better food and drinks at Starbucks.

So many delicious drink flavours to choose from! Enjoyed the coconut cream iced latte, espresso is smooth and the milk/syrup doesn’t overpower the taste of the espresso. Very aesthetic food and drink 😍 The cinnamon bun flavoured waffle was super yummy with pretty pink whipped cream, loved the half waffle option. Staff were friendly and nice 👍🏼 New fave local coffee spot ❤️

I work next door, and I frequently go to the Palm Cafe. It is a great spot to grab a coffee, or delicious snack. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The chill retro California vibe sets a good mood on Sunny or rainy days.

The absolute worse service experience I’ve had in Abbotsford. I ordered the California breakfast wrap and the server arbitrarily decided to give it to me in a to-go box.
Now that was funny because I asked her if there was a table with a charging point so she knew I was here to stay. But I ignored it and sat on my table
Then I notice I don’t have a fork so I go to ask for cutlery and again - I get a plastic fork - at that point I pointed out that I’m here for a dine in. Then she pulls out regular forks.
Then I sit down and eat a bite of the roll and it’s undercooked , barely has any avocado, egg or even salt 🤷♀️
At that point I was not only offended but pissed at the $17 I spent on the dish and tip. I trashed the food and left and I never usually trash food..that’s how bad it was

Palm Café had an amazing vibe and decor—absolutely 💯! The barista and server were incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. However, the food was quite disappointing. I ordered a BLT sandwich, but it turned out to be barely toasted bread with a single slice of bacon. The sandwich was dry and over-toasted, lacking any real flavor or balance. On the bright side, I did enjoy their drip coffee. Overall, I’d recommend the café for its atmosphere and coffee, but I’d skip the BLT

This café has such a beautiful and minimalistic interior – clean lines, soft lighting, and a calm, inviting atmosphere. It feels thoughtfully designed without being overdone, making it a great place to relax or catch up.
The vibe here is genuinely lovely – warm, friendly, and not too noisy. The staff were polite and welcoming, and service was smooth from start to finish.
Their coffee is definitely a highlight – rich, smooth, and brewed just right. You can tell they care about quality, and it shows in every sip. It’s become one of my favourite coffee spots in the area.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the chicken pesto sandwich. It looked good but didn’t quite deliver on flavour. It felt a bit bland and could use more seasoning or freshness to balance it out.
Overall, The Palm – perfect for coffee.

I had done a tea party for my birthday and it was absolutely everything I ever dreamed of. The service, the food every single detail was perfect. It was beyond my expectation.
