I visited The Table Bistro tonight for a 7:30 PM reservation to celebrate our 4th anniversary. While there were several highlights to the evening, the overall experience felt a bit inconsistent.
Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately, but it felt as though having a reservation didn’t quite change the level of service or seating priority; the greeter simply grabbed menus and led us to a table without much acknowledgment. Our server, Audrey, was very helpful and took our drink and food orders promptly.
The food was generally enjoyable. We ordered the Margarita pizza, which was excellent, and the grilled chicken sandwich with fingerling potatoes. The sandwich was a little on the salty side, but still manageable and tasty.
However, I was disappointed regarding our special occasion. I had mentioned our anniversary in the reservation notes hoping for a small gesture or acknowledgement to surprise my partner, but nothing happened. It makes me wonder why the system asks about special occasions if they aren’t noted by the staff.
I wouldn’t say I won’t go back, as the atmosphere and pizza were lovely, but I will likely return with lower expectations regarding the “special” touches for a celebration.

This charming little bistro is located on the ground floor of a new residential building, making it feel like a cozy neighborhood find. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly server with a beautiful smile, which immediately set a warm and welcoming tone. She took excellent care of us throughout the entire meal, making the experience even more enjoyable.
We decided to try the fettuccine alfredo based on Google reviews, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The cream sauce was rich and flavorful, and the added chicken was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and a great complement to the dish. We also ordered the braised short ribs, which absolutely blew me away. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth, and even the accompanying vegetables were delicious and well-prepared.
While we didn’t order any ourselves, the bistro likely serves great cocktails—two gentlemen seated next to us happily went for a second round, which says a lot. We also noticed a lovely outdoor seating area that would be perfect for enjoying a drink when the weather warms up. Definitely something to look forward to next time we visit Abbotsford.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience and a bistro well worth returning to. 🍷

Just left the restaurant and wanted to get on here to give a review right away.
Our server Tayler went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time.
There was a table that had long overstayed and were getting quite loud. As soon as another table opened up away from them she asked if we wanted to move to a quieter table.
It was a busy night but she was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.
Amazing food...as always!!!
One thing that would be nice...if some sound proofing was placed on the walls or ceilings. It can get pretty loud and hard to hear.
Other than that...we will be back!!

The atmosphere is good. The food was served cool. I ordered a margarita pizza, the cheese and sauce was dried and the pizza was chewy
The menu clearly labels vegan options, which I appreciated. The service and atmosphere were pleasant. The focaccia appetizer was a bit dry, but the blackened teri bowl was delicious and the highlight of the meal Updated from previous review on 2025-12-14
Very very small portions. Fish was no bigger than a stick size. Although food taste and quality is very good. A 1/2 inch by 4 inch size of fish is tiny, in comparison to other restaurants.

All I can say is WOW. Adya is a gem. Joe and Nathan the managers are so kind and funny. I’d come back just to hang out with the staff. Food is a delish as well. They had to roll me out me of there!!! Try the steak sandwich - you won’t regret it!!

I cannot say enough about this place and the staff. Everyone is friendly and amazing. If you want a delicious meal and great atmosphere this is the place to go to in Abby. Jove (the owner) is attentive and just an absolute joy. His smile is contagious. Then again so is everyone else who works there. Thank you for the love each and every time I’ve gone there, you guys are always amazing!
