I ordered veggie wrap and they served me with chicken wrap and when I confronted the girl taking orders named simran give very bad look…. And was not accepting their mistake. Very unprofessional behaviour. Whole staff is so rude. Instead of accepting their mistake they were trying to cover up it.

Shittiest customer service ever recieved at a freqkin tim hortons. Should be more aware on how to look at customers and its never ‘’is that all’ it should be ‘’would you like to something else on top of that’’. Theres no tone of respect, stop scaring customers with your eyes wide open at drive thru window. My kid is literally scared right now . Hope you guys improve your customer service.

Food was stale, cold, and without taste (1 star for food). There were flies flying on the food and stuck inside the food cases, around the establishment, and on the lights which is really disgusting (1 star for atmosphere). Pointed both things out to the Supervisor, she didn't care and said "well they always come back", and "oh but the food is fresh" without addressing the problem (1 star for service). This location should be reported to the health authorities for not addressing flies and providing expired food. ???

I went to the Tim Hortons drive-thru and was really impressed with the Sardar boy working there, I couldn't see his name because he was wearing Tim Horton's jacket. He was super friendly and quick with my order. Even though it was busy, he stayed positive and made my day better. Great job.
