This is a nice location I frequent often because there is a place to park my semi. Facility is clean , but the ladies restroom has damage in the ceiling. There are 3 stalls 2 of them had been closed off for the longest time and this is a busy place. All are open now but the damaged ceiling still there. Service can be slow even when its not busy and really slow when busy. This is due to cashiers taking orders then walking away to make the orders. So you have people moving all over the place to make even a coffee or tea.

10/10 best Tim Hortons. The service is always friendly. The food is always delicious and the coffee is great. I always get the chili and it is filled with tomatoes, meat and mushrooms. Some Tims Ive been too, the chili was like a meat tomatoes soup but not this one. They always give me butter, salt and pepper and a bun with it.Which others have told me to get it myself or that they can't. The service is enjoyable, and the cleanliness is excellent. Thank you Tims!!

Drive thru, was in area for meeting. Excellent farmers breakfast wrap and double double. Employees were pleasant and so efficient. I wanted to leave a nice review, was shocked by previous ones. They may have implemented changes now, the drive thru was busy but fast and pleasant 👍🏻 I’d say try it and write a review to help others. I really like this Timmy’s location.

Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable experience. This was by far the worst food and service I have ever received from any restaurant, especially from a brand like Tim Hortons. I ordered a $10 habanero chicken bowl around 7:30 to 8pm, and what I was given should not even be considered food.
The bowl had no lettuce, no proper rice, and almost no chicken. Instead, it was filled with pickles soaked in an insane amount of sauce. The sauce was so excessive and overpowering that after just a few bites, it made my chest burn, which is completely unacceptable. This was not a mistake — it felt intentional and careless. The food looked uncooked, sloppy, and thrown together without any effort or hygiene.
I could not eat it. I had to throw the entire bowl in the garbage and immediately order the same chicken bowl from another place. The difference was shocking — fresh, clean, properly cooked, generous portions, and made with care. I was very hungry. $10 was worthless even it was not busy.
I advise other customers to check their food carefully before eating. The staff here is very careless. Even at 7:30pm, when I was placing my order, they looked completely uninterested and were asking each other “can we make it or not?” before preparing my food. Very unprofessional behavior.
I will never return to this Tim Hortons, and I strongly warn others to avoid ordering food from this location, especially in the evening. This experience was beyond disappointing — it was revolting.

The general manager is not nice at all not even a thank you have a great day definitely won’t be back here anymore I made sure to say thank you to her but didn’t get a response back not even a smile what kind of customer service is that.
