The general manager is not nice at all not even a thank you have a great day definitely won’t be back here anymore I made sure to say thank you to her but didn’t get a response back not even a smile what kind of customer service is that.

I only got a tea with 1 sweetener and 1 cream to go. Never drank it. Tasted like someone dumped a half cup of sugar in it. They had a huge spill of milk o cream all over the floor and 1 employee served me while the other 2 were cleaning it up. The employee working at the til spent more time talking and laughing at the other two and talking in her own language than taking my simple order. Very frustrating.

Was here today for drive thru to take my order..awful coffee she made..was sooo rude while taking order..twice I was ordering and she said move forward..very bad service.. People come to have coffee & they pay for the same but you made it worst.will never return to this Tims

The service was good however our wraps were NOT. We ordered a couple different kinds of chicken wraps. The chicken was there but it’s as if they stuffed the rest of it with whatever else was left on the counter.

been to the two McD outlets (Sumas way and Whatcom rd) for sausage n egg breakfast combo for many years but lately their potato hash brown and sausage patty has tasted slightly bitter from using old oil, and the combo is over $8.....so decided to try Tim Hortons and was pleasantly surprised....not only was the taste comparable but actually better, in that everything tasted fresh and wholesome, no bitter rancid oil flavor and best of all, the price was less than McD....I know where I'm going for my breakfast from here on ....
