Place is nice and clean. Staff are out of the place. Order mistakes. Food overcooked. Missing bread on my soap order. I don’t bother to write a review but this was the 3rd time same issues.
Save time.

Service is horrible, people standing around everywhere but the till doing nothing. When someone is ready to serve you it's quite poorly or reluctantly. The food is mediocre at best, and they charge $0.29 for adding more water to a large tea compared to medium!

I give them 0 star because of poor customer service. They always delay drive thru orders.

I think this is going to be one of the last times I even bother to go to a Tim Hortons. The last time I went, I asked for a large Earl Gray tea and a large chai tea with two donuts - a Boston cream donut in an apple fritter - and I received a peppermint tea with a chai tea as well as an unknown type of donut with the apple fritter because the person that put the donuts in the bag decided that since there was no Boston cream donut she just throw a random one in rather than asking me what I wanted.

This time, I stop at the Tim Hortons on my way to the doctor's office. There is no one in drive-thru at all. How wonderful! That means I don't have any real waiting to do. Lo and behold, I get to the drive-thru window and I'm told by the representative that I have to pull over into a parking spot and wait for my chai tea latte and Boston cream donut because it's going to take a while. Really? Unbelievable! I don't know what has happened to Tim Hortons but it's certainly does not have anywhere near the same quality it used to.

I think I no longer want to be a customer of Tim Hortons. It's not worth it frustration.

I didn't have a good experience at all at this Tim Hortons. First of all, the server didn't take the order right.I requested a Habanero Chicken bowl, she kept entering chicken wrap despite repeated telling. She did correct it. However, when I received my order, it was a wrap and not a bowl, that too, Crispy chicken and not Habanero.
I had ordered a doughnut as well, that she forgot to add in the bag and had to be reminded about that.
And lastly, my drink was totally cold. So cold that the tea bag was just sitting in, without imparting any flavor.
How could they serve all the 3 things wrong is what made me write this review, otherwise I wouldn't have expressed all this here. I understand we are all humans.

I go to this location twice every week in the morning and these guys have gotten worse to the point that I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

1. They prioritize speed over quality of food and service.
2. In addition to rushing each other, they also rush the customers.
3. They don’t even wrap the items properly (for eg: hash browns without sleeves) and just throw them in the bag.
4. Staff members get annoyed and make faces when you ask for napkins and straws, which they should be giving by default.
5. They don’t know how to assemble a wrap, don’t even grill the wraps and give them cold in order to rush things.
6. And over the last few months, they have started messing up the orders. And you can’t even check if the order is correct since it’s apparently illegal to stay at the window for even a second after collecting the order.

I believe this location either has a pathetic owner or they need to stop serving full menu if they can’t do the basic stuff.

PS: I know you’ll be posting the same response here as the other reviews directing me to the Tim Hortons website. Not sure if they too take this seriously or not.

Rather disappointed to say, That on day 4 my bagel still has not been cut and the amount of desired bagle spread is slim. Next to nun really, so I ask for extra and I'm met with a ser-plus charge for extra spread. Dissatisfied will not be returning

Really bad service. Staff not trained how to make coffee, it’s not exactly hard but they sure can make it a difficult task.
Order a pizza in drive thru, first my coffee order was wrong. Then staff asked to pull aside to wait 2-3 minutes for pizza, 25 mins of waiting later no pizza. Apparently they forget I was asked to wait…WTH!
Went inside to ask for a refund as no food was given to me…got a refund but the staff was not interested in apologizing or even trying to acknowledge the error they have made. Very bad training provided to staff at this location!

I ordered a medium coffee and 2 donuts. First, they tried to give me a large coffee with no donuts ( because they didn't punch them in). Then they tried to give me one donut and one croissant literally seconds after I repeated the two donuts I wanted. I hadn't been to this location in a long time and now likely won't be back.
