Every morning I stop by and they mess up my order every single time, today I got an artisan bun and I asked for plain cream cheese on it i specifically asked for both buns to be spread which I shouldn’t even be doing if I’m paying a dollar extra for creamcheese

Located nearby my work place so I come here often - on daily basis. Staff are friendly and the place is kept clean and tidy. The only downside is the long round drive-thru but you get used to it after a while.

Locations like this are prevalent throughout Canada and are contributing to the decline of a once-esteemed brand, diminishing its reputation with each interaction.
The prices escalate, the service gets worse.

All the staff cared was about drive-thru. No one paid attention to the front counter. We were waiting for around 7 to 8 minutes to just place our order with no lineup and nobody cared. washrooms were really dirty, and our food was thrown into a bag, not caring if it was a chocolate doughnut with a bagel or whatever. And the bagel was so dry.

Personally speaking, this was the worst experience ever, like we got our order in around 30 minutes, people who came later than us got their order and we still were waiting for it. It was the worst tim ever.
Amazing service every time! The staff is friendly, fast, and always gets my order right. Coffee is fresh, food is delicious, The evening shift is especially impressive — they recognize my whole order just from me saying one item. Today in the drive-thru, I only mentioned one thing, and they got everything right without me saying the rest. Huge thanks to Jashan and Nazam for the top-level service!
