Worst customer service ive ever received at any tim hortons location. The lady that served me in the store front was rude , inconsiderate and condescending. Made me feel like my simple request of putting donuts in seperate bags ruined her day. Multipe eye rolls at me and my partner . I will never be coming here again.

There is an ongoing issue at Tim Hortons where staff frequently converse in Punjabi in front of customers who may not understand the language. This can feel exclusionary, as English is expected for general communication in a customer-facing environment. Additionally, the customer service is disappointing—many staff members appear disengaged, lack a welcoming attitude, and do not acknowledge customers with a smile or appreciation. Their overall professionalism is lacking. Tim Hortons should consider investing in customer service training to improve the experience for all patrons.

Literally bro?? I have been struggling for last ten days to get the exact coffee I want. I did order coffee triple triple but I got steeped tea instead. The girls working here have bad attitude, they literally deal with aggression. Today I ordered cold coffee double sugar double cream but they did not add sugar. This happened many a time. Do something about it.....
