Ordered drink and bagel in drivethru and was told to park because they want better time on their timer ? Timer isn't there to cheat it . I understand parking if I had a big order and there was big lineup behind me. But there was no one behind me. I believe the staff is pressured by corporation and management to get good time so they focus on quantity more than customer service. Friendly reminder to Staff: These corporations wont pay you more for getting 2 secs faster on timer. Focus on customer service. And customer wont return if service is bad.

Well they don’t have Tomato ketchup it’s basic Tim Horton have that all over the lower mainland I don’t know the girl lied or seriously they don’t have it

Store used to be so clean. Now it is filthy. I will not use this location again.
Worst customer service ive ever received at any tim hortons location. The lady that served me in the store front was rude , inconsiderate and condescending. Made me feel like my simple request of putting donuts in seperate bags ruined her day. Multipe eye rolls at me and my partner . I will never be coming here again.
