Very cold everytime we come! Always the excuse that they cant touch the thermostat its locked. Owner wont let them change the temperature. We have complained several times! We can litterally see our breath when we talk to each other

This is a clean and tidy Tims with lots of parking, and a handicapped stall right out front. Fast and friendly service and good atmosphere. Much much better than the South Fraser location.

Don’t go there at night. They close their kitchens two hrs before the drive thru closes, so you can’t get your food and they tell you they can’t give you a refund if you pay through the app they tell u to go through the app who will tell you it’s up to owners discretion. I’m out of money didn’t get the food I paid for and these thieves send you through the wringer instead of giving you your money back. The workers will also tell you it’s not their fault or up to them even though they started cleaning their ovens at 9pm and your able to order until 11pm.

The Abbotsford Way, Tim Hortons is the only one that my husband and I will go to. We’ve been going there for over 10 years. The staff is incredible. Always have great customer service and yes, sometimes they get super busy but the young kids that work there always have a smile on their face, it’s worth the wait. It’s only Tim Hortons will go to here in Abbotsford.
