A local Timmy's at its best vibe. Everything at this location is good - including the quickness of the service. The only thing I would say is the layout of the store is not really well-done, the point of access to the lineup is poor, especially when it gets really busy. Not enough opening for both entering and exiting the store. Other than that, everything is good. I really liked how there is enough (but not too much) sunlight coming into the store when it's nice out.

Update- everything had improved, but I deducted a star from my previous review. It would have been a 4.5 star except for the fact that the restrooms close at 7pm & god help you if you have to go. I tend to hold it until I really must & right then at 7:20pm I was informed that I can't use the washroom. It was so bad, I actually considered running behind the building, but it's located right at a busy interaction... Almost had an embarrassing accident rushing to find a washroom close by.Previous review (2018): Your basic, average Timmy's.

So I went to Tim Hortons on Abbotsford way and I am a very regular customer, I go there everyday sometimes 2-3 times a day. I know the owner as well. I went there today January 31st around 3:05-3:10pm and got my XL and Large T/T and a blueberry fritter and a blueberry muffin but not only did they not give me my Muffin and Donut they completely ignored my order at the speaker!!!! So they said they don’t have blueberry fritter's in the Restaurant ! And then they offered to charge me at the Window for the blueberry muffin?! I have also worked at Timmys for about 4-5 years in total and I cant believe the absolute worst customer service! It was like talking to a deer in the headlights! They didn’t even listen to my complete order!!! Like they don’t care! Do better Tim Hortons! This is completely unacceptable!!! Signed NOT IMPRESSED! ???

The drive thru staff are so rude it's off setting. One literally thru my bagel at me! Yes thru it..... Also English is not spoken well.... If I can't understand your English it's a you problem slow down when you speak. I understand you think it's coming out of your mouth how you think it's supposed to sound but it's not! Just stop the rude entitled behavior please.
