Unbelievably terrible service, the staff is lazy, slow, and incompetent. Often I have to wait for them to finish chatting to get service. And now they've stopped brewing dark roast, I have to wait 5 entire minutes for something that should be ready, twice in a row.

My visit to Tim Hortons today was absolutely ruined by a staff member named Rajan. Not only did she hand me the wrong order, but when I calmly asked her to correct it, she began shouting as if basic customer service was too much to expect. Her behavior was pathetic, rude, and shockingly unprofessional. If this is the attitude she brings to work, she has no business dealing with customers at all. Tim Hortons seriously needs to retrain her—or rethink whether someone with such a terrible attitude should be working there in the first place and specially at the drive through please hire some professional. They guys are reuning the name of the franchise. This specific Tim hortans customer service is getting down day by day and these guys are making more worse. This is the reason people talks shit about Tim’s customer service. Even the girl handling my order was not paying attention towards it and was continually on her phone. It was such a bad experience I shall never visit the store again. My entire bad experience today was 100% because of that girl name rajan instead of taking responsibility of the mistake she shouted at me as if I had done something wrong. The situation was created by her irresponsible behaviour and attitude. And honestly this is not the first time every time she handled the customers and I always end up facing the same rudeness and careless behaviour. Tim Hortons really needs to address her behaviour and needs to take serious actions against her to prevent customers to have terrible experiences at this location.

The worst location of Tim Hortons. They can not get a simple plain order right. They have messed up my order multiple times that I can not even count anymore. Asked for Croissant with plain cream cheese they gave me toasted with butter, this has happened 3 times! A bowl of chicken with Huge pieces no one has time to come back and get the order fixed.

I visit this tim hortons on daily basis before and after my work and this is my favourite location not only because their service is fast but all the staff girls deal so nice with the customers except 1or 2. And the store manager jasmine she is very nice, kind and polite with the customers she always remember my order.
