Best tim hortons in town. Jasmine is awesome always smiling.and works really hard. We love going to this location as they are the best location.

Finally, a Tim Hortons that genuinely prioritizes customer service. The staff were friendly, polite, and actually made the effort to create a positive interaction. Unlike many other locations where you’re rushed through and your order is handed over without a word, here they took the time to greet me properly and even asked how I was doing. It’s a small gesture, but it really stood out and showed they care about the customer experience. The order was accurate, the service was fast, and the staff maintained a cheerful tone throughout. Easily the best drive-thru experience.

I am impressed with the service of the this Tim hortons. The manager. The employees everyone is very nice and always there for your help. Me and my friends always go there and grab some donuts and food. It ids incredible. Must recommend this Tim and just wanna say try their new drinks and donuts.

South Fraser Tim hortons is the best. Jasmeen ( manager) she is super friendly and always take care of the customers as well as her employees. She always make the mornings enjoyable. I really like the customer service of this location and the staff they are also very nice.

Lived down the street from this location for a little over 3 years now. I can count on one hand how many times they’ve gotten my order completely right. Food safety also doesn’t seem to be a huge issue for them as I’ve walked in and literally seen wasps and flies crawling on the donuts they have in the display case. Often times I wonder where they’re getting all the new workers from, because their turnover is also pretty high. Food is usually cold as well which is super weird consider I WATCH them put food on the grill press thing.

Never get the order right. Can't speak English To busy talking to each other. Very slow service
Order ordered a latte tasted like there was no espresso shot in it and it was called upon complaining. They heat it up in the microwave and told us that's how our machine is worst service ever. Instead of making a new one, they wanted to heat it up in a microwave. Highly recommending not to go to this place at all and they're telling me that's how lattes are made while I drink two to three cups a day

No idea how the food is. The 3 staff that were working November 23rd at 3:20 could care less if I was at the till waiting to order. Nope the drive-thru was all the cared about. They took 3 drive-thru orders before I decided to walk away. Sad when you wanted to give them money for an order, however they didn't have time for me.

Ordered through drive thru wasn’t no line up but stilll had to wait 5 mins just for someone to take me order and when I was ordering she kept leaving and coming back I don’t know what they were doing also forgot half of my order had to ask for my Ice Capp and other stuff too. Not a good experience
