When ever i asked the do you guys have chicken bowl they say its not time for the chicken right now and i always asked them in afternoon sometimes they say we don’t have chicken right now if you don’t want to sell chicken or you guys are lazy to make it then please take it out from the menu same time other stores sell the same things at same when they say no to it ??

I've been to several Tim Hortons in town and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Staff is super friendly, polite, and always speedy and helpful. Have never had to wait long to be serve and always get my order quickly. I always look forward to my morning visit and can't wait to be greeted by the friendly staff. Can't recommend this location enough.

I love coming here in the mornings! The staff is super friendly and very good at remembering people! If it wasnt for the odd breakfast sandwhich in my order they would have it ready for me when they see me walk in!
I had activated a free coffee reward on the app prior to ordering, when I went to go use it the lady at the window refused to acknowledge that I free coffee.So I proceeded to ask for the manager as well as the managers phone number. To which the phone number was not given and apparently Arti the manager has left for the day.I will probably not be going back to this location as the staff were rude and disrespectful.

Worst Tim Hortons in B.C. Your order will be wrong every time, Customer service is greatly lacking, food prep and sanitation are not 100% and Constantly lacks general items ( Baked goods and such). Employees do not seem to like their job or even take pride in what they do. This Tim Hortons does not support local Canadians. Avoid this Tim Hortons.

I asked for a extra large orange, pekoe, triple triple and I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich was great but once I got to work, I realize they didn’t even give me tea and they gave me an extra large coffee which I don’t drink but that’s not the worst part when I called back, they were trying to tell me that that was never ordered. All of them said that and I know I ordered there cause that’s the only Tim Hortons I go to. I told themI'd like a replacement tomorrow and she said okay but didn't take my iFor even though I gave her my name and asked her to record it.
