Not a good start for my morning😡, I order jalapeño bagel double toasted with butter , medium French vanilla and white wrap with hash brown and chipotle sauce in it with tomato . First I got the wrong bagel 😒and I saw when I was in home and then I was trying to calling them nobody answer 😕then I drove back for 7 min to get my right bagel and I clearly told that you give me wrong order and I need jalapeño bagel double toasted with butter , no apology from the employee and again she messed up my order , she didn’t double toast the bagel 😒 . Also for my wrap they did not toast it properly at all . I was on drive thru , I know timings are important for drive thru but it doesn’t mean that they can compromise the quality of service . I’m so pissed off . They just ruin my morning . It was a big disappointment like seriously even after explaining twice I did not get what I want . Poor quality of food and poor service .

Too much waiting time here ,all staff is only serving drive thru and in store orders need to wait for long time to get their service also the attitude towards customers is very arrogant
Completely terrible service they rush you. They also cheat the system because they don’t want the timer to go up so they will not let you pull up and they pull people ahead past the sign and make them wait for their order there and then come outside and deliver it to them. Will not be returning to that Tim Hortons Although I live super close, I will be driving to a further location for better service!
