The hygiene conditions are very poor. The Indian server uses a piece of paper to pick up the Timbits, but his fingers actually touch the food. They even stick their entire finger inside the cup, contaminating the inner walls with their hands, and then fill the cup with coffee to serve you.

Hello, i like the atmosphere of the store, also store was neat and clean. Employee jaspreet kaur do her best to provide good customer service and all other employees were also fast, they easily handle drive- thru as compared to other stores

Worst customer service ever. Never in my life have I encountered such a rude customer service for simply asking a question over my order.

I don't even know how this place is in the business right now with such a staff.

The girl at the drive through need to humble herself. There is no need for an unnecessary attitude over.

Went straight down the street to other tim, the staff was way too far better to deal with.

Won't recommend this place to anyone, go to the store across the street instead

The only reason I gave low stars is bc there's no place to sit, you can only order to go or go thru the drv thru, when directly across the road there's a full store location with a diner included. Other then that, definitely like any other Tim's I've been to.

Vegetarian options: Plenty if vegetarian and vegan choices available

Dietary restrictions: They make it ready and made to order

Kid-friendliness: It's a coffee shop, of course it's an ok place for kids to be.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs have access here

It's Tim Hortons. You go their in a pinch. It's not a Michelin star restaurant but it gets the job done.

Had to wait 10 minutes for sandwich when it was not busy as the employees stood visiting after I ordered.
I have yet to have good service from this tims

Food was not good.
The Flatbread pizza was very plain and burned on the edges. Topping was sparse and I'm pretty sure there was no cheese at all on it. The rice bowl was equally disappointing as they had no rice to put in it, so just extra veggies and some 4 alarm blaze chicken bits sprinkled through it.
We both felt kinda sick after eating it and would not order these items again.
Luckily we also ordered a caramilk donut and it was very good. The coffee was also very good so it wasn't a total loss.

Not helpful at all, cashier could not be understood and spoke very quietly when failing to assist the issue

One of the worst locations. Asked them for a coffee as first one tasted like water. They made a 2nd one tasting even worse. Staff only cares about their timer. Everything is made in a rush. One of the worst tims in Abbotsford.
