Second time I came here service was not bad. They got the order correct and it wasn’t busy at all. They have more than enough parking. This place is across from the auto dealerships. I did go inside each time and the place looked pretty clean until I went to the bathroom this time. The bathroom was quite dirty. When you walk in by the sink. There was foil paper that looked like it was used for drugs. All the toilets were terribly dirty. None of them were flushing. There was pieces of a broken cracked pipe, also in one of the stalls. I was pretty surprised to be honest. I wish they would check their bathrooms more often and see who’s going in and out or somebody’s been there long enough because I feel quite weird if I had brought my kids with me too. You’re just not safe anywhere. Nowadays,

I ordered habanero chicken loaded bowl, as per the photo on the menu it comes with salad but the whole bowl was filled with rice and very little salad and a couple piece chicken.

They messed up my simple order 5 times! When we called to speak to a manager, the manager said to come back in, when we arrived back at that location the manager went home. Don’t order your food here. The employees were rude

We went here with friends after a swim. This is usually a good place to get a fast bite on the go. The staff are very nice, but overworked as they need to hire more staff. The place is in desperate need of repairs. The bathroom ceiling is broken and leaking water all over the floor!!! This needs to be fixed before I and my friends will return.
Vegetarian options: The are now a few items on the menu and it is getting better but, can still improve.
Parking: Lots of parking available
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid-friendly foods, except the plain bagel my daughter wanted.

Order a bagel on my 15 minute brake and it took 15 mins to get they kept on asking me what did I order 5 times and each time they just walked away and forgot about me, they prioritize the wrong things and do nothing in order
