It happened second time i ordered egg n cheese on corrosaint today 10:45am and they gave me scrambled eggs egg on rounded one i hate scrambled eggs egg smell … i dont know what’s the problem to give proper egg n cheese sandwich .. always ruined my mood in morning

I honestly had one of the worst visits ever at Tim Hortons today. First, they handed me a tea that wasn’t even mixed. The sugar was all sitting at the bottom, and it tasted like plain hot water until the last sip, which was just pure sweetness. If I’m paying for a simple tea, the least they can do is stir it properly. Then the bagel I ordered was completely burnt. Not “crispy,” not “toasted a bit extra”—actually burnt. It was hard, bitter, and honestly not even edible. I don’t know if they were rushing or just didn’t care, but the quality was terrible. Really disappointed. Tim Hortons needs to get their basics right—mixing tea and not burning bagels isn’t too much to ask.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. They Messed up my order twice after an online order first they gave me the wrong persons order then they gave me a wrap with bacon in it & I don’t eat meat . This was on Saturday. Then today my husband goes to them and tries to get a wrap as well and same thing happens after they physically check it! They need to go back to training!

Finally a Tim Horton's that cares! We drove thru BOTH Fraser highway locations last night because they didn't have food available (what?) and ended up here at the Automall which is much further from where we live. Thank God for this location! I was determined to show my American husband that Tim Horton's is still somewhere I'm proud of as a Canadian. I have found that unfortunately many locations have gone downhill but this one seems to be remaining true to the brand. Thank you for fresh delicious food, friendly customer service and an inviting atomsphere here. Next time we are craving Timmies we will drive PAST the other two locations (out of our way) to come to THIS location. Keep up the good work and hopefully your neighbouring locations will want to be more like you one day!

Best evening staff ever 👌highly satisfied with their service.
This is actually the worst Tim Hortons I have been to in my whole life. I waited literally 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a donut, even though there were 15 people working. When I finally got called up I stood there for another 10 minutes, until someone finally came to talk to me, when I went to ask if they had made my drink made yet, the girl just WALKED AWAY while I was mid-sentence. Soon someone else decided they wanted to give me the time of day, asking me if I was waiting for something, I tried to explain that I have been waiting for my drink and it wasn't coming out, she just looked at me with a confused stare and said nothing. After my coffee came out, it was cold, bitter, and missing the whipped-cream I LITERALLY PAID FOR. I normally don't write reviews, but I genuinely was so confused and upset about the service here. I don't know how the workers here still have their jobs, because that service was hilariously bad.

Excellent lattes that could be a bit hotter, but the best food of any B.C. Tims. Good selection of baked goods, including delicious toasted coconut chocolate donuts. Keep up the good work and you will be the best in the province.

It’s my first time swinging by your branch. As I always go to the one Sumas way. I ordered a regular large coffee, 2 cream and hazelnut syrup on the drive-through. When I received my order I sensed there’s no hazelnut syrup as it doesn’t reflect in the price. I asked the server and she said she will add the syrup , the price was adjusted to reflect the syrup and I was handed the coffee. On my way I figured there’s no hazelnut syrup in my drink. This was about 2hours ago. Please ensure your staff serve your customers what they request. If your branch doesn’t carry the syrup or you are out of stock , it’s okay to let the customer know, rather than pretend it’s been added. Consider this a feedback and not a rebuttal.
