I don't care what you say! Tims Chilli is bomb! Came pipping hot and fresh. The bread they use for the sandwiches suck and the tomatoes were rotten.

Horrible service. They took my order and then walked away before even asking me how to pay. Told them I have a rewards card and cash a few times before they stopped talking with co-workers about personal stuff before actually coming to scan my card and let me pay cash. They don’t even listen when you tell them assorted donuts. They tried to give me 6 vanilla dip and 6 maple dip when they have tons of other varieties on the shelf! Everytime I go in to order, they take forever to even notice me standing there waiting to order and are so rude! If there was a closer tims to my work, I’d go anywhere else! Waste of time to even bother with them

Night shift girls are very friendly. They are very calm by nature. I love to go there.
It is very disappointing to wait 5-6 mint for just 1 coffee every single day around 3:10am there is a line up there. When i talked to the employees they said the guys in front of me always order 6-7 drinks and 5-6 bagel belts with 4-5 wraps . And they also tell me that they always request them to park their car so that the car behind them doesnt have to wait for so long. That guys always refused to do so. I don’t know why management cant see this type of misbehaviour with their employees and this Timmie’s gonna lose a-lots of regular customer just because of their ignorance about all this stuff.

Night shift staff is very rude. Lazy staff . Doing work to slowly as always. And mostly not found on front desk. Both lady’s always talking on phone while taking customers. Always same experience.

Very rude staff, she don’t know how to behave properly. At first she has taken more than 5 minutes to take our order and then she told us to wait for 15 minutes in the parking for just 5 coffees. I don’t remember the name but it was around 3:15 am and she was very rude with us.We are daily customers and this is very disappointing for us. I hope it get fixed soon.

I just wanted to tell that the night staff is very rude and misbehaving, we came around 3 in the morning and she was very rude to us, we just ordered some coffees and she was like why would we have come to tim at first place. Like it is their job to serve us if you don’t wanna work then don’t come to work.Very disappointing.
