Yesterday around 5:30 pm i want to order coffee and some bread but it takes 30 mins of waiting . No line up on the counter no customer on the drive thru and the staff are just talking.. how many time i said hello and no one entertain me! It so annoying! I will never go back! So different from wallmart tim horton staff!

So today around 5-5:30, I went there to get garlic bread through drive through, the girl who was taking order she was rude, It wasn’t something that you except at Tim’s, then ordered garlic bread without cheese baked/toasted with butter (my regular order at this place). So when I reached the window I didn’t get the good vibe from girl as she was giving angry and negative vibes. I took the garlic bread went to parking lot and found there was cheese in it. So went again to complain and her response was very rude and said what’s the issue there is no cheese on it, I said I can show it to u she again rudely replied ok come to the window. Showed here cheese and she was like it’s not cheese it’s garlic as if I was born hour before and don’t know what cheese is and since when garlic paste stretches like cheese so the girl in kitchen said “ki chaida hun” in Punjabi with rude tone what do u want now. Both these girls were arrogant and rude, then aftr giving me second garlic bread she asked me to give the other garlic bread back from whim I already had taken the bite and then found chese is on bottom. I was about to throw it in bin and she took my eaten garlic bread and I thought she is going to throw it but she kept it on counter by her side. That was surprising. But the main thing is the behaviours was rude and I m regular customer of this location I don’t give review that often it has happened in last orders that my coffee was not upto the mark but I feel humans make error and even sometimes our home cook food doesn’t meet out expectation but because of this behaviours m giving this review and not going to this location nxt time. Coz I have heard that when bad review is given for store or employee if the employee finds out this they make mess of next order just to harass. And girls were giving vibes those who hold grudges. Sorry sisters didn’t like your tone being Punjabi I know what were your reactions and what you meant.

I ordered a breakfast meal, but they only gave me an English muffin and a coffee. When I asked about the hash brown that comes with the meal, the staff member said “oh” and brought it—but then charged me extra for it.
I explained that I had ordered the meal because it is cheaper than buying single items. She told me “next time check the screen when you order,” even though she had already repeated my order back to me.

This was very frustrating and unprofessional. The mistake was not my fault, and the customer service was very poor.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Tim Hortons location. I am a pure vegetarian and have never eaten non-vegetarian food in my life. I ordered a Veggie Habanero Wrap, and even the wrapper clearly said “veggie,” but when I took a bite, I realized they had served me a chicken wrap instead.

This is not a small mistake — it is a major negligence on the staff’s part. Dietary preferences and restrictions are serious, and mixing up orders like this is completely unacceptable. For someone who strictly follows a vegetarian diet, this was extremely upsetting and genuinely distressing.

If Tim Hortons cannot ensure accuracy in such basic orders, especially those involving dietary restrictions, it raises serious concerns about their quality control and staff training. I expected much better, and this experience has made me lose trust in this location.

I ordered 2 dozen muffins and was so happy with my experience! The staff let me choose according to my taste, and they made them fresh for me in just 10 minutes. Everything was warm, delicious, and exactly how I wanted. Excellent service and very friendly staff, I will definitely come back.

I’ve been a loyal Tim Hortons customer for over 5 years and usually visit this location because it’s close and convenient. Unfortunately, the quality here has gone downhill over the past several months. The food often tastes stale or is served cold, and the drinks are inconsistent — sometimes burnt, sometimes watered down.

I’ve given this location multiple chances hoping things would improve, but the same issues keep happening. It’s disappointing because Tim Hortons used to be known for good quality and consistency.

I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and brings this location back up to the standard the brand is known for.

We are regulars at this tim hortons and have never had a bad experience until recently. Whoever was working the window about 20 minutes ago and yesterday messed up our order on both days. We have had to repeat ourselves many times when ordering and still not receive what we asked for and have had things forgotten as well. We have even repeated ourselves at the window and have still not been able to get through to the lady working. We are usually in a rush when ordering so no time to go back through and fix it. We are not happy with the service lately.

This is my first Experience of Tim service in Abbotsford, I went to get my Morning coffee. I ordered my medium coffee with 2 cream, service was fast,may be coz of location have resticked entry. Any way get my coffee ( which I think is be)from drive through and come back on road, when I have my first sip, I remember my city Bramton, it wasn't coffee,it was a steep tee, and I cannot go back and change it coz of entry ⛔ resticked. And I don't want to start my day with bad words,so just drink it.
