Team members are rude, no greetings nothing. If I place online orders always have to wait several minutes for the order and grab an attention from team member to get order ready. No customer service if you are placing order at counters multiple times team members were busy chit chatting and drive through not paying attention if someone is waiting

Best Farmers Wrap I’ve ever had, my friend had the same and agrees it was phenomenal. My partner always asks for ketchup on their breakfast sandwich and they ALWAYS forget at different locations but HERE they REMEMBERED! These people are rockstars. I wish I could have tipped. Blowing through town, first correct order I’ve received from Tim Hortons in like 9 months. My friend has a very niche tea order and it was also stand-out excellent. This is the spot. This is the one. This is the way.

Speaker wasn’t working, flatbread had a long black hair, barely any cheese, the donut was so stale I couldn’t eat it. Would not recommend this location. Sad to see a Canadian staple fall so far

Sadly I got the wrong item! I didn't notice until I got home. I ordered the habinero bowl with slow cooked chicken.. but I got crispy chicken with no sauce! Very disappointed by this dry meal. Also my icecap was missing 25% at the top. So not completely full. Wishing staff would take their time and make the orders correctly.
