I went there on Wednesday, September 24th, around noon. It was extremely dirty, with bugs around the food.

Quick to take your order, yet extremely slow to receive food. This has happened on the regular, so it’s not from one specific day.

Bathrooms consistently out of order.

Their own ‘Leave Us a Review’ QR sign doesn’t event work.

Would recommend management to consider these aspects on the customer experience.

I line up today at 430...employees are casually walking around with zero acknowledgement. I waited 5 mins before I left. Definitely will NOT be coming to this location again. Pro tip...acknowledge your customers if they are waiting and you aren't ready to serve them. It can be that simple.

I have been to 1000s of Tim Hortons and the women on the speaker spoke with such ignorance! My husband asked for a roast beef craveavle and she responds in the rudest tone sure! And again the same sure when asking for a different item. Then parked for our food. It's the ignorance of corporations that don't care about the quality of service over the money. Do better! Train your staff or let them go!

Oh my gosh. This place is terrible for walk ins. It seems that their only focus is the drive thru. My wife had to wait at the front counter (with one person in front of her) for 5 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge her. There were seven viable employees behind the counter. She was then told to “have a seat” because it would be a while before she could even order. Once we ordered our 4 wraps and were given them in bags. Only one of the 4 wraps was labelled. One was completely mangled. I guess that was our mistake for thinking we could be efficient and gas up the truck and get food at the same time.

I went to the Tim Hortons last Saturday and it was the worst Tim Hortons experience I’ve ever had. We ordered wraps, but not only were they unlabeled, they weren’t even the wraps we actually ordered. When I went to the sandwich bar to ask, the staff just stared at me without any explanation. Very poor service lots of staff on shift, but no efficiency or care. The team really needs to be re-trained on basic service and order accuracy. Extremely disappointing.

Half hrs wait, still no food, priority is drive thru, 20 mins for potato wedges, n still waited, kept telling me still waiting, no apologies, manager could care less, more chit chatting amongst themselves, finally after 40 mins, was offered refund, that also took time as they did not know what I ordered, customer service is getting worse , as these young people dont understand, hear or listen in plain simple English n manners towards customers really socks here.
