Jan 9th 5:50 am came here and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a sausage scrambled egg croissant. After leaving drive thru and back on the highway I reach into the bag and noticed that the croissant box was at the top of the bag and put in the bag with open side down and there was no croissant in the box it was all spread out at the bottom of the bag. So I reach for the bagel to eat that and there was very little cream cheese. The coffee was good this time.
Always get a receipt because they will charge you things for items you didn’t want or order, and then proceed to not give you said items. Additionally the food products are very small and the drinks are watered down.

I will never go back. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons. How can they be ok with serving the food that they do? See my “bagel” that’s I’ve attached. I threw it in the bin. What a waste.

It was easy to make a reservation.
No dairy free milks. At all….. that’s crazy
To top it all off I got offered chocolate milk as a viable replacement.

I went there on Wednesday, September 24th, around noon. It was extremely dirty, with bugs around the food.

Quick to take your order, yet extremely slow to receive food. This has happened on the regular, so it’s not from one specific day.
Bathrooms consistently out of order.
Their own ‘Leave Us a Review’ QR sign doesn’t event work.
Would recommend management to consider these aspects on the customer experience.

Worst Tims I've been to. Staff don't acknowledge you, they act like you're an inconvenience when they take your order. Sad.

I line up today at 430...employees are casually walking around with zero acknowledgement. I waited 5 mins before I left. Definitely will NOT be coming to this location again. Pro tip...acknowledge your customers if they are waiting and you aren't ready to serve them. It can be that simple.
I have been to 1000s of Tim Hortons and the women on the speaker spoke with such ignorance! My husband asked for a roast beef craveavle and she responds in the rudest tone sure! And again the same sure when asking for a different item. Then parked for our food. It's the ignorance of corporations that don't care about the quality of service over the money. Do better! Train your staff or let them go!
