The staff is so rude don't have manners to talk with customers. They really don't know the meaning of greeting. They are working in tim hortons but still they don't about the tim hortons stuff. Take 6-7 minutes for a single coffee. So bad service in this tim hortons I never experienced that kind of service in any food court. They really need to learn things.

They don't have sense and ethics how to talk to customers. One of the employee Jenna she's soo rude. She don't know menu items even. I went there and she was taking my order . First she left me on counter and went away to make coffee for someone else. Then when se came back she started yelling at me to do fast or go back. She's not professional at all. Worst service.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I received the wrong order, and when I politely pointed it out, the staff didn’t listen and made no effort to fix it. Instead, I was dismissed and treated like I was the one at fault
