I recently had an unpleasant experience at the UFV Tim Hortons. The service was subpar, and one of the staff members came across as quite rude, which made the visit unnecessarily frustrating. I believe there’s room for improvement in customer service, and I hope management addresses this to create a more positive experience for customers.

Came here today, and I just wanted to order a bagel with extra cream cheese, and some water. I was met with a what do you want and no greeting. I got my cup of water empty and was told to fill it myself, and no extra cream cheese on my bagel, and was given no solution. The service is extremely rude and not very trained on how to be helpful, or any training whatsoever on how to work a fast food restaurant.

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Asked for a chicken wrap with no tomato due to an allergy. Then I was given a wrap with three huge tomatos and they refused to take it back telling me to just take it and move on. The lady behind the register was horrifically rude, she yelled at everyone for taking too long to pick up their orders or not making it up to the register fast enough. Quite frankly I would rather be hungry then order from here again.

every morning I grab my coffee from here and I gotta say there’s this only this employee her name is Jina, and she happens to be the absolute sweetest girl and the smartest, she always works under pressure in the most harshest busy environment she never fails at her job but everyday she gets better and better at what she does, she’s always giving me my order right and always giving exactly what I ask for, Jina is an absolute amazing smart hard working person there
Worst Staff So Rude Most of the times , food items are out of stock Even the glass size are smaller than the normal ones available at other tim hortons price variations Wont recommend anyone to visit this Better to stay hungry than eating from this outlet.
