I sat in the store to eat a bagel and tidbits n a donut n coffee with my husband, everything was great but by the time I got to my bagel I noticed it wasn't buttered like I asked and the cream cheese has mold in it, when I took it to the front they said that it's been an hour since I ordered it and all they could do was give me butter to put on it, and even the butter they gave me looks like it has mold on it i possted two pictures seperatly...any other store would have fixed their mistakes and gladly replaced the moldy cream cheese!! I know for a fact an hour can go by and mold won't show on cream cheese ive got an older cream cheese from Here that I got two days ago at home and it doesn't have mold on it!!! Carefull going here people! Check all ur food before u leave their sight!!! Even if ur sitting I. The store ! Also the girl pan handling at the end of the driveway seems really sweet so if anyone has bottles or change to spare for her, I recommend doing so.. she's been threw along from what she's told me and doesn't have any family for Xmas, so sad I know... I'm going to get her a present for Xmas!!! Maybe someone else should do the same,since this is the time of the year that we're supposed to come together and give to each other, am I right? Staff are rude they mash your doughnuts together, the staff obvi hates being there serving coffee. Almost every one I know who has been a loyal tim hortons customer are looking for alternatives. The kids at McDonald's are way better.

Went there for a drink and a small snack. I ordered and the person who took my order didn't even know what a chai latte is so I had to explain that it's like a London fod but different. Was charged for the wrong thing, went to the washroom while they got my order ready. Got back after a few minutes and the drink wasn't ready. Once they handed me the drink they forgot about my food and didn't even remember what I had ordered and that I had ordered any food to begin with . All in all absolute gong show and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. At least it tasted good once I actually received it.

My last experience here was horrendous. They’ve always been average with speed and quality but that’s to be expected from fast food. My last visit (September 14) my bag looked like they literally threw everything in it. My wrap was falling apart, I asked for bacon breakfast biscuit, received a sausage one WITH EGG SHELLS IN IT!!!
