Such a bullshit, they close the location before 3 pm even its written on wall that its gonna close on 3 pm on 24 dec. a girl is mopping a floor and second one is at counter, i can see them both even i knocked door and drive threw they neglect like they havnt seen us. Its not acceptable.

Such a great customer service and very friendly staff working there. Although store was properly neat and clean. Also they do fun and chatting to each other including i guess their manager while working and doing such a hard work. It was an excellent customer service. Would love to visit👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely appalled with the quality of food they had out. I asked for two Bagels Double Toasted with butter and cream cheese they literally have heaps of butter thrown on underneath the cream cheese. I got two Homestyle biscuits Double Toasted and buttered one was Double Toasted and butter that was not achieved. So disappointed.

I ordered coffee yesterday and today medium double double but got yesterday and today not my fav coffee double double.I spent 4 $ dollars but not satisfied and also I can’t come back from hwy to change the coffee…this is wasting my time and money 😏

I've been holding off on reviewing this place because Its conveniently close for me and I usually try not to make a big fuss about it because it's a very small issue. But after so many mess ups, it builds up to a huge issue.
This place has god awful service. They mess up your order like its practiced in a meeting before their shift. Here are some examples that I have dealt with for years:
- I order a vanilla shot in my coffee often which is an extra 50cents and then they always forget to put it in. I usually don't drip my coffee until its mildly cooled- and at that point I'm far from the store to go back a complain about it. - When I order a "Farmer's Breakfast Sandwich" they never input it in right in the machine and I have to correct them every time- to which the cashier gets very condescending and says "they put the right sandwich down" . Then I get the wrong sandwich, and I have to complain -I once ordered a doughnut and they forgot to get it to me. After 10min I asked again and they said that they ran out. -The staff doesn't need to be friendly, but they sure as hell aren't happy.
I've given this place too many "benefits of doubt" and truly think that its a management problem. They prioritize drive thru like there's a gun to their head. Even when I order from drive thru, they still mess up my order. They are almost ALWAYS understaffed and have a new worker everyday; and I know this because the cashier is almost always confused on how to work the cashier machine. This place had enough money to rework the interior and yet not enough to hire another person. If you want Tim Horton's, go the extra mile down Fraser and the location there is better.
