This is my 4th time coming here and each time. They make me wait 10-15 minutes minutes just to order. Today there was 6 people in line and they just never took order prioritizing drive through. All staffs will look at us but no one came to take orders. Also my order was incorrect today happened last time too and they didn’t want to remake it :( as they explained it would take too long…. Disappointed in this store I only come by cause it’s close to my home but would not recommend.

Worst out of all of the Tim’s. All the employees are rude. They close at 9 but shut off everything by 8:45. They won’t even give you coffee after that.
Why I must to pay by cash every morning??? They didn’t use English. And unhappy attitude, glancing at customers. And they dont understant what I ordered …. So bad

Such a bullshit, they close the location before 3 pm even its written on wall that its gonna close on 3 pm on 24 dec. a girl is mopping a floor and second one is at counter, i can see them both even i knocked door and drive threw they neglect like they havnt seen us. Its not acceptable.

Such a great customer service and very friendly staff working there. Although store was properly neat and clean. Also they do fun and chatting to each other including i guess their manager while working and doing such a hard work. It was an excellent customer service. Would love to visit👍🏻👍🏻
