Went through drive thru only 1 car waiting for their order. The clerk took 15 min to ask for our order, told us london fog mach broke, no quencher drink, and no donuts. The drink I did get was room temp little to no ice (lemonade). Plus it wasn't busy. The clerk was disorganized and seemed like she didn't know how to make drinks or anything. No apologies for not having 3 things we asked for.

Even though the employees throw your food at you, and rush you in the drive thru, and get your order wrong most of the time, it is a very very very very nice nice just beautiful and amazing place to go if you need a quick drink or whatever

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The cashier showed no expression as I placed my order. Just as I was about to pay, she abruptly walked away to answer a personal phone call, which didn't seem work-related as it wasn't in English. I waited alone at the counter for about ten minutes while she continued chatting near the operating station, completely ignoring me. My receipt printed out, but no one came to retrieve it. Finally, after what seemed like forever, another staff member asked if I needed to place an order. When I mentioned I already had, she couldn't find it on the screen until she spotted my untouched receipt lying on the counter. Only then did someone start making my coffee. Throughout my time composing this review, the initial server was still engrossed in her private conversation. This visit will undoubtedly be my first and last.

I have tried this locations a few times since it’s en route for work. Without fail every time my order is wrong. If I ask for my bagel double toasted and confirm with the person taking my order it will not be double toasted. When I ask for light sauce for a sandwich I get regular or extra. The only way if asking for 1/4 sauce. I shouldn't have to trick staff into giving me the correct order. With my bagels without fail they are not cut, the cream cheese tastes grainy, I will get seeds from other people’s bagels, and the cream cheese is concentrated in the hole of the bagel.I’m not trying to be difficult or asking for anything extreme. I’m just frustrated that I asked 4 times and confirmed for my food to be made in a way that I would eat it since I struggle with eating if the texture is off. I’m coming to a chain because I will know what to expect and it reduces my food anxiety. And after confirming multiple times it’s not made properly. It’s disappointing and it may not be a big deal for some people but for individuals with food struggles it makes it feel unsafe to eat.

I called to ask if they could replace my iced latte I had made at a different location and it tasted nothing like it. The employee there remade it and it tasted wonderful and they were polite about it which I really appreciated.

I've been coming here quite regularly since December as my job site is close to this location and I'm extremely disappointed with the food quality every time. I am always missing things in my bag, such as napkins or dips. Straws are often forgotten as well. The food is typically extremely dry, to the point where it's almost not able to be eaten but today they decided to switch it up and drown my sandwich and sauce after tossing a chunk of meat in the middle. There is a reason why workers at fast food chains get minimum wage and this is exactly why, there's little to no care put into anything. On the upside the staff is typically very friendly.

Staff doesn't seem to listen or read the orders on the screen. Have had to go back or correct them while taking the order and they still mess then order up.

Not sure what kind of experience I had here but just waited 20 min in a 3 person lineup just for a coffee that took 30 seconds to make. I was constantly getting looked at by the staff while the line up got bigger and they sent no help to the only person working up front.If you want to be take to your job go here for coffee
