I was provided with the best service today in the Tim Horton’s drive thru ! An employee, who’s name I cannot recall, greeted me with the utmost warmth and friendly demeanour, and happily provided me with the food and drink I ordered, making my drive thru experience an especially pleasant one. Super satisfied with my experience at Tim Horton’s today :>

Today I got egg framer’s wrap from them. I found small piece of plastic paper in my wrap.

Woman named Manpreet literally so rude like we ordered four cheese bagel and she didn’t even toast it and didn’t put butter on it. We asked for water. She said we have to pay for water even though we spent $20 at that Tim Hortons literally very bad I do not recommend. Never coming here again.😡

Me and my family decided to stop and eat here. We made an order, and the cashier got the order completely wrong. Ordered 2 B.E.L.T sandwiches minus the bacon, we got our sandwich, and it had bacon on it. We went back to the same cashier and explained we asked for no bacon. He takes the order back and gives us a sub bun with mayo and lettuce. My husband was very upset and went back to speak with him, and the staff started to speak in punjabi to each other, and my husband doesn't speak punjabi. So, I stepped in and explained I understood what they were saying in punjabi, and they were saying my husband was completely wrong. The staff was so unprofessional and not suited to be working the front order counter. It turned out to be a horrible situation. He also started to agree about that we didn't order the BELT sandwich. Terrible location,never returning

When did Tim Hortons stop cutting their bagels? Every single time I have to tell them to cut my bagel, especially at this location. This time I was with my family and forgot to remind the employee how to do their job and ended up with three uncut bagels. Been going to Tim Hortons for 20+ years and not sure what happened, but service is crap now. Never had to ask for bagels to be cut before. Best to avoid this location.

Worst service ever. Need to improve customer service. I just ordered for flatbread through mobile app and girl told our machine is not working and refuse to refund. Though it sounded rude too.

Yesterday I went to ordered 3 drinks and there was a girl named Sehajpreet and she is way too rude and giving expressions even I was so polite to her. I worked as a customer representative too and this is not how things worked. She is supposed to be nice and atleast have a smile or a polite way to greet customer, which she didn’t had. So, I think you guys should have ethical manners to work in a customer service jobs. Thank you!!!
