Today, I was standing in line waiting for my turn when I observed a lady, who appeared to be a manager or supervisor, speaking to her staff in a very disrespectful manner in front of customers. I felt genuinely bad for those employees.
I understand that managing staff involves responsibility and accountability, but addressing employees harshly in public is not appropriate. It creates a negative atmosphere for both customers and staff. No one deserves to be treated that way — and I couldn’t help but wonder if she would speak to her own family or child like that.
I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. Everyone deserves to work in a respectful environment.

The morning team girls are amazing — friendly, and give great service. My steeped tea was perfect and well stirred. Other locations rush, but this one really pays attention.

This place is basically horrible. Me, my sister and cousin went to get some food, it was good, but our stomachs felt different. One day later, diarrhoea for 3 days, and all three of us had it. ONLY US THREE, not my parents who also came with us, AND THEY DIDNT EAT THERE. 1 star. gave us food poisoning.
I like the service here especially one employee named Simran as she is very clam and sweet infact in busy hours.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was fast, the coffee was fresh, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Simran — she was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Her cheerful attitude really made my visit more enjoyable. You can tell she cares about giving great customer service. Definitely coming back!
