the worst tim hortons in all of abbotsford. not sure why i keep giving them another chance when they’ve never gotten my order right. not sure what’s so hard about making an item that’s on their menu, properly. always missing stuff in my sandwich, most often the one thing i pay extra to have added.

I think this manager named “muskan” needs to be fired immediately and a new manager has to be selected for the role, I don’t want my fellow customers name dropping your supervisor without any disciplinary action done on Tim hortons part. I hope as a company you take action and asap take care of the incompetent individual.

I purchased a Nutella donut and a black coffee for a friend at your location. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. The coffee tasted unpleasant, resembling a stale, overly bitter flavor with a noticeable salty aftertaste, suggesting it may have been expired or poorly prepared. Additionally, the Nutella donut was excessively dry and lacked sufficient filling, which significantly detracted from its quality.

My friend, who has previously worked at this Tim Hortons location, noted a noticeable decline in food and beverage quality since the change in ownership. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience.

The wait time at the front of Tim Hortons is incredibly frustrating. Even during non-peak hours, the line moves slowly, and it feels like the staff isn’t attentive enough to keep things moving. They seem understaffed or poorly organized, and it really affects the overall experience. I expect faster service, especially when grabbing a quick coffee. Not ideal if you’re in a rush – the long wait times are just not worth it.

I have worked at this Tim hortons. It was the worst experience of my life ever .. too much attitude in the staff toxic behaviour with costumers and amongst staff member girls are judgmental and rude this is not my line of profession but the manager made sure to make feel bad by saying "if u can't work at Tim hortons you cannot do anything in your life" it takes time for
one to learn new things and no one is perfect. instead of supporting their new hires they tend to guilt trip them and step on them by saying mean things and making their work life a nightmare.

I went drive through today and as expected it was terrible experience.
The girl put four things on my order which i never ordered. I had to use my card that's why looked at their tap machine and found out that they are charging me a lot more.
Rather than being sorry, she went out loud and rude. I asked her name and she refused. I made a call at Tim Hortons, as usual bunch of Punjabi girls saying we don't have any manager and you do google and find out.
I have my receipts from morning as proof.
This is not what we expect from these bunch of girls.
Very rude and nonprofessionals.

I visited this place on October 23, at 9 pm and it was a dreadful experience. There were four of us, and we bought coffee, but when my friend needed to use the washroom, we were told by an employee named Muskan who claimed to be the supervisor that it was blocked with water flow Not even five minutes later, I watched her hand the key to another customer! When I confronted her, she was not only incredibly rude but also started arguing and lying to our faces. To make things worse, when I asked for her name, she tried to give me a different name like I wouldn’t catch on The whole interaction was handled in the most incompetent and stupid way imaginable. This kind of behavior is outrageous, discriminatory, and beyond unacceptable.Management seriously needs to deal with this employee and fix their pathetic service standards.

They had fast service and my coffee was hot and my bagel was hot and fresh. There was a homeless person in drive thru lane which someone ahead of me had boughten them a sandwich and they discarded it cause they want money not food. I also paid with cash and they didn’t give me my change. I did enjoy how fast there drive thru service was. It was lined with 7 cars when I arrived and we all go through in seconds. Great drive thru speed

For drive through, when they answered, laughed and talked with their coworkers and didn't say anything to us for a while, and they didn't listen to our order.
And they didn't give me my order even tho I paid. Indian guy and lady. No professional. Of course, you guys have only 2 stars. Waste my time and money.
