Please, owner of Tim Horn, inform your staff that if a customer has a long order and is delaying others, they should be made to wait in the parking lot until their order is ready. We waited for fifteen minutes or more, and if I had the chance, I would have left, as I saw many others leave because of this.

This is not my first bad experience at this Tim Hortons, and it’s getting worse each time. The drive-thru is always extremely slow, even when there are only a few cars ahead, the wait takes way longer than it should. It’s frustrating that this keeps happening over and over. I really hope management does something to fix the service, because right now it’s one of the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. It took me half an hour with 3 cars on front of me

Worst Tim Hortons. On a Sunday Morning i went there to pick up my mobile order which I ordered 15 minutes ago and still they said it will take 5 more minutes. 20 minutes for a coffee? Seriously? Worst service

The staff were not particularly friendly, and I often had to repeat my order name several times just to be understood. I also received an incorrect order on one occasion. Some may argue that gloves aren’t necessary because the food isn’t handled directly, but I still believe that wearing gloves and masks would improve hygiene and overall customer confidence.

My father thought that he lost his wallet there, And I tried phoning for 45 minutes. It would be a 40 minute ride back to Tim Hortons. So I figured I would call so they could keep their eye out for it immediately. First started out with just continuous ringing and then after a few minutes, the phone would hang up. Then after about the first 10 minutes, it would hang up after three rings and then after another 10 minutes, it would ring then I would get a high shrieking sound in my ear. After about 30 minutes of all this, then got a message that the people you were contacting are not accepting calls right now!
If you are not answering the phones, you are not doing your whole job. Get a grip people you don’t just not answer the phone. It’s a business., I’m pretty sure Tim Hortons would want you to answer that phone. You have 20 people working in this Tim Hortons. I’m sure one can handle a phone call for a minute.
The customer service sucks at this location. Absolutely sucks.!!!!!!!

By far the best Tim Hortons in Abbotsford. The staff consistently provide friendly, welcoming service with genuine smiles. Food is always fresh, beverages are prepared to perfection, and the recent renovation has elevated the atmosphere to one that feels modern, warm, and inviting. This location sets the standard for quality and customer experience — truly a 10/10 and my preferred Tim Hortons in the city
