Food ordered does not match the images at all. I can understand it says it’s for reference only, but it should be SOMEWHAT like what’s pictured. I ordered the dish based on noodles and meat and vegetables being shown in the image. I got a strictly noodle and meat dish. Not impressed at all, especially for the price. Food tasted fine, was very basic though and not what we wanted at all. When we called they simply said it was basically our fault for assuming it would come something like what was imaged; and blamed it on a third party company for the website. Images attached of what I thought I was getting vs what I actually got.

I've ordered from Tong Fei many times. Normally, the food was top quality. I chose to order from them tonight because I got home so late. The chicken was so over cooked, I couldn't even chew it. The pork was just marginally better. The chow mein was very salty. Quite disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again

Used to be the best Chinese food in town but has sadly gone downhill. Prices are ridiculous now. Used to drive from Maple Ridge for the food. Perhaps there is a new owner who doesn't know how to cook? Such a loss!

Unfortunately ordered here for the first time, the food was very heavy and greasy I had the vegetarian combo and my friend said the prawns were not great and the pork was chewy. His food was very greasy as well. We are looking for a new place and won’t be back here.

I've ordered from this place quite a few times now, and I really enjoy it. Tonight however, I'm very disappointed. I will give it one more chance, perhaps tonight was an 'off night' with the kitchen, but nonetheless disappointed. Everything was for sure overcooked this time. Pieces of sweet and sour pork so tough can't even eat it. Super greasy spring rolls. Hard "almond chicken". The pork fried rice was enjoyably good, I'll give em that. Hopefully next time I can give em five stars.
The pork chow mein was delicious I got combo F and it was HUGE portions I payed under $20.

I recently had the unfortunate experience eating at this place, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. The food was downright disgusting. I can't believe I actually paid money for this. If I could rate it lower than 1 star, I absolutely would. Avoid this place at all costs.

It was absolutely disgusting so greasy I couldn’t even finish my dinner and made my fiancé sick. We can’t even eat our meal that we ordered. I will never order from here again. And I called to complain about my food and they told me to go to the hospital, like look at the grease on your guises food my trays aren’t even white anymore because there is so much grease
