I truly don't understand if it's management or staff that is inept, but this place has fallen off of a cliff. Today, they didn't pack my chicken strips. The fries were so old and hard that they were basically inedible. The burger was dry and overcooked, practically burnt on the edges. There was hardly any sauce on it. Triple O's used to be at the top of the fast food mountain. Their decline has been swift, and I will not be fooled by nostalgia again.

The food was awesome! We both really enjoyed our burgers and sides. The service was great. They staff were prompt, attentive and brought the food to our table. The restaurant was very clean and as customers left the staff cleaned and swept regularly. The pricing is a bit higher than typical fast food but it’s worth it! Oh and the decor has that modern retro vibe which I love.

I got breakfast this morning at 1130. 30 minutes after the breakfast limit and Parneet (who has really cool glasses) absolutely hooked us up with fresh coffee and hot fresh breakfast food. 100/10 the best.

This was the most disgusting burger and fries I've had in a long time. Way over priced and all the food was horrible. Onion rings were mushy and tasted frozen. Burger was dry and buns stale. For $40 for fast food? That's a joke.
