Worst customer service. Went there couple of hours ago, the girl at the counter made my experience worst. Huge wait time and with no sense of speaking. I ordered couple of things and she said it would take 7 to 10 minutes but instead they gave me my food after 25 minutes of waiting after I asked her couple of times. They do need to work on customer service skills. At least be nice to people treating you good. Thanks

Yesterday I was in your store and was treated horribly by your extremely rude staff....as we were deemed riffraff even tho we ordered food and drinks we spent out hard earned money in ur store only to be disrespected and belittled...I find this to be the makings of a serious problem and I'm not sure an apology would help …..$&@&@ I Saw the Tag it was Jaspreet $$$&

While they are kind and serve tasty food, this location takes more than twice as long to serve the same order as other locations in the area. I ordered 2 mushrooms tortillas, an order I regularly make at other locations. They said it would take 5-6 minutes, other locations maybe take 3-4 minutes. They instead took more than 10 minutes to serve the order from time of payement.

ZERO customer service. Language barrier would be ok if they were nice but they are rude and cheap. They will give you a milkshake with no whip cream and say "this is how we serve them now" (not true) they will add $6.99 to your combo for a shake when the sign says $3.79 upgrade. Etc.. I've been 30 + times there is always a problem and they refuse to fix it. I'm never going here again.

Triple O's is kind of a middle ground between fast food and restaurant food, so no matter where you go you'll always have to wait a little longer for the food that usually ends up tasting better than your average fast food burger. The workers at this location will probably get about half of your order correct, and the most impressive part about that is they do it EVERY time. They never listen to what you're saying at the drive in speaker. They'll get mobile delivery orders wrong. Even when you order in store they get it wrong. My girlfriend has on multiple occasion ordered an impossible burger on a gluten free bun, she can't eat red meat or gluten and she specifies it's an allergy every time. Multiple times they've served the burger with a regular bun and when we go in to get it fixed they try to just swap the buns because they're too lazy to remake their burger thats been contaminated with gluten. TWICE in a row they've served a regular beef patty without the bun. To top all of this off you can't eat inside because one or two of the gas station attendants don't know how to properly clean themselves and the inside of the building REEKS with body odor.Dietary restrictions: Blatant disregard for food safety with regards to dietary restrictions

Ketchup was watery, tables dirty, flys everywhere, food was expensive and mediocre. Girl at till charged us $6 additional as she didn’t understand how combos work.

Really good food for a fast food place, but also pretty expensive- similar to Five Guys in that way, but a little cheaper and a little less good. Took my then-girlfriend there!

Food was good. Was disappointed when I asked for dipping sauce for the onion rings and all he said was "ketchup in the bag". I asked again for dipping sauce and he said the same thing and closed the drive thru window. Rude!

I've lost track of how many times I've received nothing but black, rotten potatoes for fries. I could not find 1 edible fry with my lunch.
