Order is ALWAYS wrong. Ask for no lettuce, they put lettuce on. Or they forget to put triple o sauce on.. it’s literally a burger from an establishment that makes burgers all day, how do you forget to put on a staple ingredient on a simple burger? I don’t understand. When we’ve gone back through to ask for our order to be correct there is no apology and the staff just seem annoyed. Also half the time the burgers are dry and taste like they’ve been sitting for hours, not fresh. This is the fourth time this has happened.

Is this fancy cuisine? Of course not. For about thirty bucks, I got a milkshake, a surprisingly flavourful DOUBLE burger, functional fries (I’ll regret the parmesan sauce in a few hours [it’s worth the acid reflux & it was securely packaged]). The staff kept the place clean. Prompt service, Nov. 4/25 at 15:03:37. And their staff were professional & graciously accepted my compliment to the cook. Worth the stop (before I hop onto a jet plane).

I generally prefer your location to the others at least the one on S. Fraser Way, but I probably will be going there more now because I went through your location and I ordered fish and chips and had to sit out front and wait for them. I thought they would be excellent cause they’re being made fresh, but the fish was overdone and over fried And the french fries stuck all together, which is odd for you because usually your food always great! Were you having an off day This was last week by the way! by the way, I love Triple O’d milkshakes… they are the best in town!!!

I recently visited tripleo’s at Clearbrook location and was impressed from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot — exactly what you hope for in a quick bite. Ordered through drive thru and they gave me burgers with old and dry patties. Went to the front and said the problem and I was not even given a sincere apology. Kitchen staff looked at me like I was the problem when they know they shouldn't have served old food. Asked for a refund and they said they could not refund back to my card, and they gave me cash instead. There is no payment processor that doesn't allow refunds. Clearly, employees don't care/not trained adequately here.
Well put together, everything. The fry baskets should be for sale, so cute. Not a sloppy burger, they take time and it is well worth it in money and time set aside for a truly western CLASSIC.
