Fraser Way, but I probably will be going there more now because I went through your location and I ordered fish and chips and had to sit out front and wait for them. I thought they would be excellent cause they’re being made fresh, but the fish was overdone and over fried And the french fries stuck all together, which is odd for you because usually your food always great! Were you having an off day This was last week by the way! by the way, I love Triple O’d milkshakes… they are the best in town!!!

Ordered through drive thru and they gave me burgers with old and dry patties. Went to the front and said the problem and I was not even given a sincere apology. Kitchen staff looked at me like I was the problem when they know they shouldn't have served old food. Asked for a refund and they said they could not refund back to my card, and they gave me cash instead. There is no payment processor that doesn't allow refunds. Clearly, employees don't care/not trained adequately here.
