Food was nice and fresh. The service was why I am writing a review. My family and I were passing by and stopped over at the triple o’s. My dad asked for the wifi password and the staff member told him to check at booth number 1 and enter the password or scan the QR code. We got to look at the booth (checked all others) there’s no sign. I go and ask the same team member, she tells me there is no password, we need to click the guest wifi and click accept. Didn’t appreciate how my dad was treated with giving him the wrong information. If there’s no wifi password, team member could have just said that and walked him through the step by step on how to connect to wifi. Besides that, I would recommend this location especially for the view.

When the milkshake sign says you can substitute your combo drink for a milkshake at $3.69, it means substitute. It does not mean upgrade and add that price to the drink Thereby paying the full $6.38 for the milkshake. I could not get that through to your employees. Why even bother with the special substitute sign if you end up paying the full price for the milkshake. It is all in the proper English. It did not say upgrade for $3.69 more, it said substitute. What a rip off.

l was charged $7.99 at this location this (Tuesday) afternoon for the original burger with no cheese. I even asked if it was correct and was told by the drive thru employee that it was the 'special' as it's usually $11.99. Of course when l got home l had to check. The company website says the Triple O original burger special is $4.99 on Tuesday (Triple O Tuesday) but apparently not at this location. Of course l was never given a receipt. Feeling a bit ripped now and probably won't be stopping there again anytime soon. Just a Heads Up. At least the burger was good.
