If I could rate it zero stars I would. Not only did they charge me for something I didn’t order they didn’t give me the item that was charged for. They also messed up a simple chicken sandwich after asking the type of chicken. When I asked for a receipt they didn’t give it to me they gave me the debit slip. I asked again and was given nothing but attitude, once they handed me the receipt they ran away from the window and wouldn’t come back because they knew they hadn’t gotten away with it. Sat there and waited and called out but they wouldn’t come back to the window.

This location is a Tim’s/Wendy's Combo that shares a dining room and washrooms.
Hole in the ceiling that is dripping a “water-like” fluid all over the place.

Vegetarian options: Some items, they could bring back a veggie burger and more items like the Greek wrap pita.

Ordered 3 spicy chicken burger combo and my order was missing 3 burgers !

At first , They kept me waiting in rain in driveway for atleast 25 minutes even-though there was just 1 car ahead me !
then they gave me my order saying and confirming that everything was inside one bag. But when I reached at my place and opened up bag , burgers were missing !
Secondly , they did not answer call even after calling 5 times. I had to call tim hortons beside them to tell them to pickup the call.
After answering call , manager didnt even apologized once instead agreed said that yes girl forgot to handover bag to you. Her attitude was as if it was all my fault . Upon asking for compensation she said “ We will give you 3 ‘free’ burgers on your next visit”
When i went there again today , i told whole story with receipt to girl at window, instead of apologizing , her first questions were “ Are you sure ? Did you called them yesterday ? What did she said ? “
Then she went inside and another girl cameout with 3 burgers and handed over to me as if i am a homeless asking for free food.
This time as well not even one single word of regret or apologizes came outta their mouth !

Poor Customer Service at any wendy’s i had ever seen , never going there again.
Highly Not recommended ??????????

Floors were freshly mopped and inside looked spectacular! It took us longer to walk in from the parking lot then it took them to prepare our food. By the time I tapped my card my order was already prepared. Amazing service!
