Service was way too bad. Young girl on drive thru was nice, and manager came to assist her, but it looked like manager needs assistance herself. She never gave us our complete order and rudely asked us for what are you waiting for? Like you have a big screen infront of you, can’t you read from there? They charged us extra for dipping sause, I know you got 2 dips free with fries?. Ordered burger without tomato , but they gave it with tomato and one day they forgot to give cheese sauce, the extra they charged for. It isn’t a big issue if you treat customers nicely, but the way manager treats, is like she doesn’t even know c of customer service.Store owner should at least train manger that how to treat customers. The lack of common sense and competence in that manager is sad. Looks like they hire anyone these days.

Consistently terrible with instructions, it has been my go-to late snack on my way home from night shifts on the way home but they've made it clear to find alternate restaurants. Salads with no sauce or forks, burgers requested with no tomatoes completely ignored and drinks with no straws on a common occurrence. I don't know what minimum wage is, but the employees aren't even earning that.

The food is not the issue but the service really needs to be fixed. Missed sauce or the wrong sauce with the orders. Also when ordering seems to get some dislike from the staff when you go outside the normal order combo. The staff sure don't like working there with the way they act on giving out food.

After being told to wait and being forgotten about 3 times I figured it’s time to warn. If you Order classic chicken be prepared to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes, while they all stand around, laughing and gossiping. Not professional, not friendly, and not the normal Wendy’s service I’m used to. The only reason I go here is because it’s closest to home for my autistic son who refuses to go elsewhere.

This quality of the food is going down. I got lettuce that was rotten. They didn't even bother to rip the bad part off. Obviously, the person who made the burger doesn't like burgers. The young man who took my order is a very hard worker and deserves to work in a better place. The manager needs to reread the book on how to make the burgers. No lettuce backs on beef burgers. I had to change my review after recovering from food poisoning.I think it is time the food-safe inspector reviewed this place.

Had to wait 15 mins for one coffee.Parked in the parking lot facing the take out window and when the 15 min coffee was ready the Wendy's labourer looked at me with the open window and wanted me to walk over and take it from the drive through window.Not a chance.Made her walk out and bring it to me.Two thumbs done on politeness

Went through the drive through and was told it will be a few minutes for my food. I only ordered fries and chicken strips and would have had no problem waiting in the parking area to have them bring it out when it was ready. But I told to drive around and go through the drive through again?!? It was already a long lineup, so I would be waiting much longer than a few minutes Poor customer service. Poor business standards. Very ironic that they have a giant sign that says "We don't cut corners..."

I don’t normally leave anreview but the manager in this location just went above and beyond serving me when I tried to order breakfast and they can’t serve anymore, she offer me lunch and explained things why they can’t serve breakfast anymore. Good customer service ?

this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. the service is extremely slow and incorrect orders being given. poor communication between staff members. every single table is filthy, we had to clean our own table to sit and eat. they also had no selection of pop. food took so long it was cold and was not even what we asked for.

I'm getting so disappointed with the staff at fast food outlets not understanding the spoken word or speaking understandably. You could at least hire people fluent in English. It's just so frustrating to have orders wrong so many times. And they look at me like I'm an issue, excuse me but my English is perfect. This place is no different.
