This location has the nicest staff especially Harry he’s so kind and always smiling brings amazing energy. It’s so important to do that as a customer service because customers might be having a bad day and Harry makes them happy and bring positive energy :) great work Harry

As a customer, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any fast-food place. I waited a long time, and when I finally got my order it was cold and completely wrong. The staff didn’t seem to care, and when I asked for help, they were rude instead of fixing the issue. I left feeling frustrated and ignored. I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s.

Miserable employees. They lock their bathrooms and they seem completely inconvenience when asked for the key for paying customers.

Horrible customer service due to lack of awareness, empathy, and responsibility of food allergy and service delivery. I went thru the drive thru last night just before midnight and I ordered a burger with no tomatoes and no ketchup due to a tomato allergy. The worker had repeated my order back to me so assuming everything was understood; we paid and were told to wait 5 minutes and come back through the drive thru. We grabbed my food and my receipts. The receipt had my orders with no ketchup and no tomatoes. I made it toward mission and took a bite the burger and it had ketchup and i had to rush to the emergency room right from there. When I called to explain to the Wendy’s they had not believed that I was going to the hospital and they were very hostile about it the refund and would not give me names to who had taken my order. I had to spend the rest of my night in the hospital as I’m severely allergic to tomato’s and having to carry an epi pen due to severity, which is why I was in the hospital.

I had a great experience at this Wendy’s thanks to the wonderful cashier. They greeted me with a genuine smile, were patient while I placed my order, and made sure everything was accurate. Their friendly attitude and efficient service made my visit quick and pleasant. It’s always nice to see someone who enjoys their job and treats customers with respect. Thank you for making my day a little brighter!
