I had a great experience at this Wendy’s thanks to the wonderful cashier. They greeted me with a genuine smile, were patient while I placed my order, and made sure everything was accurate. Their friendly attitude and efficient service made my visit quick and pleasant. It’s always nice to see someone who enjoys their job and treats customers with respect. Thank you for making my day a little brighter!

The food was quick and tasty, but the dining area was dirty around 1:00 PM. The biggest issue was the washrooms—all three were locked and required a key, with no signage to explain. This caused confusion and lines, especially for families with kids. Even staff seemed unsure why they were locked, which felt unnecessary for a location in Abbotsford, not a busy downtown area.
