Employees were very rude, not very helpful at all. I waited 10 minutes for water, they ended up just giving me a cup no water, had to go into the bathroom to fill it up because no employees would fill it for me and the fountain out front was out of service, i did tell them. Been here twice, people were rude both times, order was wrong both times and food was also old and cold. do not recommend

The Wendy's itself no issue yet and great quick service but rating is mainly the Timmy's side....but the review can't be done for the timmys I assume it's the same owner ...the Timmy's tho horrible told the lady there was a fly on the doughnut in the case she didn't do anything about it, spilled my coffee as they handed it to me just cleaned the cup (was still sticky) and handed it back with no sleeve

Worst service ever . 6 people are working and one just left, are just roaming around. Looking at each other’s faces . U can check cameras if u want time nearby 2:40 12 oct Nobody come on the counter to attend the customers even though not anybody on driveway too. Slow. I don’t know u have any management up here or no . If do so then u trained ur employees like this not to come to counter to attend customers. I also worked too but haven’t give training like this.moreover they don’t even check that washroom are in good condition or not like have soap , tissues in it . An employee of tim comes to them to put stock it up. To complete that task 2 people are going to put soap back in it disgusting… at 2.55 now come one lady on driveway …u must have to work on it . Give them training back . Very disappointing

I recently ordered two small spicy crispy chicken sandwich combos, expecting a delicious meal. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The fries were soggy, old, and not hot, indicating they had been sitting around for a while. As for the sandwiches, they were supposed to feature crispy chicken, but instead, they arrived as soggy and unappetizing. Everything was lukewarm, which suggested that the food had been prepared and packed well before my order. Overall, it felt like the quality and freshness were seriously lacking. I hope this feedback helps improve their service.

We hit the drive thru on our way through town. First and last time I'll ever go here. Order was wrong, which they were quick to fix but the fries were cold and wet like something was spilt on them (or worse).

The people at this Wendy's/Tim Hortons were all very friendly. The ladies there were kind and polite. Santosh, the cashier wr the time was helpful in helping me choose a frosty flavor. Kinda messy though. I wish the people in Burnaby were this friendly!
