YummM! Spicy chicken burger with fries and a chocolate frosty. Hot, fresh and fast at 1230 am. My first time ever eating here.

I am a door dash driver on a scooter, they had just locked the doors as I arrived so I proceeded to the order mic and they said they wouldn’t serve me on a scooter, I told them I am here to pick up 2 door dash orders and were rude and wouldn’t give me the orders, this is how I make a living so to tell someone basically you can’t go to the drive thru and make money to pay bills and rent etc is not acceptable at all. I will be contacting the store manager, regional manager and head office to change their tone with delivery drivers and I’m going to make them pay for the order I wasn’t paid in full to complete. Yes homelessness is an issue which they actually need to take care of and there are actions they can take if it is an issue. If you’re reading this maybe boycott this particular restaurant so maybe they can be shut down due to lack of business.

The way people work here they are so rude! I will not go to this place ever again. The manager is good expect the workers here don't know how to customers. When I talked so nicely and a lady says what this is so upsetting this is Punjabi ladies 😔

Came in and ordered 50 large bowls of Chilli to help feed the homeless The staff was amazing and supper helpful load my vehicle..Great job to this amazing team ..It was an amazing experience ..

Ordered at 645 pm, large order. Staff were quick getting it out. Shorted me a drink. When I asked for the missing drink, the staff said no, until I read out the order with the missing drink. Made the drink but didn't mark them. Gave me a coke zero, not the diet I asked for. I spent over $79 on 4 meals and 3 JBC and 2 extra drinks. Next time if I go back I'll go inside to order.

We rated 5 stars two months ago because there was a marked improvement in speed and friendliness. Now it seems the improvements are gone. 8:30pm a wait of 17 minutes in the drive through. We counted 11 cars leave the line. 11 lost customers. Once at the window the girls inside were busy chatting and said nothing as I was passed our food. I wanted to ask if they were short-staffed but I don't believe they would have understood the question as I speak only English.

This is the worst Wendy’s! I arrived here at 10:20 am. Waiting for the one person in line for 5 minutes who just ended up leaving frantically without receiving food. I waited at the drive thru speaker where I was told to hold on for a minute. I waited another 5 minutes there. The time was 10:30 when they finally came on the speaker and could help me. I asked for a breakfast sandwich then the lady on the drive thru said breakfast was over!! I explained I’ve been here before 10:30 and even at the speaker before 10:30. She then said I was not there before 10:30 and they could not give me breakfast! Horrible place and employees ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Baljinder was the cashier when we dined in for a Saturday dinner. She was so friendly and helpful serving every single customer with a warm smile. Such a great personality shining through even when the branch was so busy with rush dinner orders from skip the dish and drive-thru. She was on top of each orders and thanked the customers in line for their patience for waiting. Her manager and the branch are so lucky to have such a great personality!
The staff at the automall abbotsford location are rude and slow. And to top it off my order was incorrect. Do not go to this location

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The burger I ordered tasted like it was cooked in old oil, and the overall flavor was stale, almost like it had been sitting out for too long. After just a few bites, I started feeling sick. I expected much better quality, and unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to return.
