Pretty busy. Convenient because I stay at the hotel. I’ve had to walk out of this restaurant twice now. Sat there for 20-30 minutes and nobody came to the table. If you’re on a schedule or need to be somewhere, try somewhere else.

I just want to say, in hopes that the manager or owner sees this review, Madi served me today and she was outstanding! She's very on the ball, efficient, friendly, organized, and pleasant. She doesn't stop taking care of customers and other workers. Great job Madi!!
The food is always good here’s but the service can be almost non existent. They get way too busy with hotel clientele and castle fun park families to a point where they can barely take your orders and the waits for food can be super long. I think if they don’t have the staff, they should limit how many people they seat.
