We visited on Monday night, when we arrived we were the only patrons in the restaurant. We ordered a couple of drinks and Nachos. The Nachos were very delicious, The restaurant had a very nice ambiance, I was so surprised that it was very dead, maybe because it's a Monday night. The Waitress was very friendly and attentive. I was not a big fan of the Cocktail menu, nothing I would order from it, went with a basic Rum and Cokes, we will be back before we leave next week to try their wings.

This is my second time giving a bad review of this place and I really hate to do it because I love coming to this place so much But the service is just so slow came here for a family‘s graduation dinner they said it was busy and there were literally 2 tables in. We waited quite literally 30 minutes before we even met our server and got to order drinks which then also came in half an hour. We got here at 9 o’clock. It is currently 11:18pm. This place used to be my family go to every Sunday now the service is just ridiculous. It’s sad to see such a good establishment go to down the gutter. Our food just tasted off. We got the stirfry dish and it was way too salty, and most of the food was cold and soggy (for fries) WINGS I really encourage you to fix the staffing or management because this is just sad.

We went for the first time this past Tuesday and then returned for a second visit in the same week on Saturday evening. Wow...superb service both times, the most amazing fresh wings with sooo many flavours, great Happy Hour specials including my favorite ..a Bellini 🍹, clean laid back environment, great portions and reasonable prices. the male manager was absolutely horrible i ordered from the kids menu for my son and one for myself and was told I'm not welcome to order from the kids menu I understand if I wasn't ordering anything else and just getting a cheap kids meal but I order wings too I order every Sunday every Wednesday I thought to go check on a Friday and was accosted by 4 people telling me what I can and not order I thought customers come first I been here for ten plus years never again Langley here I come

So I have been going to this wings for ten plus years every Wednesday and Sunday and I came today on Friday and was told by the waitress and the manager that I'm not welcome to order from the kids menu I ordered two points of wings and two kids meals my son is with me and I was told that only kids are welcome to order from the kids meal and I was greeted by four people and quite aggressively telling me what I can and can not order are u kidding me I've been spending hundreds of dollars every month at this place and I'm treated that way I've never been so upset on my life the woman manager is very sweet but watch out for the man he even add his waitresses lie and tell me hes not there when I tried to get s phone number for head office watch out for this place there is one waitress in particular who's very rude of Indian decent with glasses I don't recall her name but have had tons of issue with her everyone we get her I will not eat here again going to Langley to give my business from now on

We stopped here for an early dinner when I tried to order my daughters drink the waitress told us she needs to be over 18 to have a mock tail which if anybody knows what that means it means there’s no alcohol so it makes no sense also she didn’t know what a beef dip was ?

Well noon on a Saturday and not one customer in the restaurant…that was the first warning! Thought we would give it a go anyway…took forever to order and get drinks considering we were the only two diners in the place. Finally got my taco and wings. Taco was stale and so hot it was not edible. Wings were still frozen on the inside. Cancelled food, paid for drinks and left. Horrible service and food! Oh and patio closed on a sweltering hot day.
I ordered from wings for the first time. My wings came, super dry, and over cooked. The potato skins were old, also over cooked. I was looking forward to some nice juice wings and fresh potato skins. Instead I got leathery dry. My fiance called to complained, we have never called to complain before. I won't be ordering from here again. Very disappointing.

In this day and age, we all work hard for our money and have an opportunity once in a while to go out and splurge for a lunch or dinner and hope that it's going to be good food and a good experience - and are often somewhat disappointed in one way or another. The keyto the success of a restaurant is consistency - both in food and service. Wing's has both. One can easily tell that the owner takes great pride in what he does, and really cares about what crosses from the kitchen to the table. If it was a tight week for me for money and I wanted to go out for dinner with my wife.I would choose Wings because I know without doubt that we are going to have a good experience at a fair price - whereas with a lot of restaurants, you're taking a gamble from one visit to the next. I highly recommend wins to anybody who wants to be able to relax and a nice atmosphere and have an excellent meal.

Best service we have experienced in a long time. We were a group of 4, and our server was so kind. He was mindful of the fact we were catching up/visiting prior to looking at the menu, so we were very delayed to order, informative about food & drink specials and very accommodating to the dairy allergy at the table. The wings were fresh, hot, crispy, meaty, and on sale! Hearty portion of wings and a good mix of flats and wings. During our meal, our server was tentative but not annoying or quick to push us out. He cleared the table right away, offered desert and refills, etc. I am very impressed with the service and quality, quantity, and quiet atmosphere. Keep in mind we did side on the side of the resteraunt closest to the roadway and Windows vs. the central part of the resteraunt with the TVs, etc.
Without a doubt, I will be back!
