Ordered online for pick up didn’t realize they automatically gave a tip of $7.56. For a pick up order, I find that insane. I immediately called the store to ask for them to remove it and they refused so I asked them to cancel the order and they said sure but they won’t be giving me any of my money back and then hung up on me. We used to order from here about once a week and loved the pizza, however I will never go back there due to how I was treated.

Horrible service. They messed up our pizza and manager refused to come out from the back and speak with us. Told us (by passing message to the staff member) that we ordered it wrong! Unreal. No refund

Found this place randomly on Google when in Abbotsford. Good pizza for the price. We did slices. Light crust, not greasy. Only recommendation, maybe more sauce.

It may be doordash...But a longgg wait for 2 small cheese pizzas. It was a Friday evening, but way longer than expected, for over 1.5 hour said "preparing order". Would have canceled but it doesnt give a refund once they accept it..Great quality though.

The food is good tasting for the price, although the stores next to it look a little sketchy I really recommend it, thanks to the "Student Special"

Was told at 5:57 45 minutes then got a call at 6:25 asking what sauce told sauce then was told I won’t get it till 7:30 horrible customer service and tried to argue it wasn’t already 30 minutes and have call logs as well trying to not tell me it’s not double the time I was told
Update 2 ordered for pick up was 10 minutes got order wrong instead of bacon got olives seems out of spit to me?

Ordered “special” 2 for 1 pizza and 6 wings. Pizza’s were VERY small. Pizza didn’t taste fresh either. Nor were the wings. You can get a large pizza at Mission city for that price on special.

Over $40 which was way too high for what we got. …had to order again (somewhere else) (family of 5)

We have ordered Creamy Corn Pizza for our dinner tonight, we had gone through the ingredients before ordering it. Cilantro and ginger were missing from the pizza. Though the pizza was cooked properly we missed the taste of those ingredients which were missing. Guys you need to take care of it as lots of competition in the market.

Very bad experience i ordered tandoori paneer pizza just waste of money because there is only onion and capsicum on pizza no panner no cheese . Not satisfied

Ordered pizza for lunch from Abbotsford location. It was really disappointing to see how the pizza was prepared. It us dry,cold and all ingredients are dry. It seems preparations are dine in very poorly manner.
Deeply disappointed.😞😞😞
