Lalit and Team Zaika were incredible for our wedding week. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the variety for each event meant our guests never got bored — everyone kept raving about it! The team was professional, kind, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for amazing food and service.

Food was good but very disappointed by the service. The server was showing different level of attitude she started arguing with us on drinks I understand that was time of closing but that doesn’t mean you will treat your customers this way. Once the food was served she didn’t even follow up with us that is everything alright or do you need anything and while we were still having dinner she brought our dessert and ask us to pay like seriously. Not acceptable this kind of service ,that genuinely spoiled our night! I guess the staff should be taught some customer service.

The only good thing about this place was the food, and even that couldn’t save the night because the service was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a drink without ice — very simple request, my personal choice — but when it was served, it wasn’t right. Instead of fixing it or showing any understanding, the staff argued with me about my own order. Imagine paying for something and then being told you’re wrong for wanting it the way you like. That kind of attitude is beyond unprofessional.

To make things worse, they brought out my main course and dessert at the same time. I understand it was closing time, but that doesn’t give them the right to rush paying customers through their meal. If we’re paying full price, we deserve full service, regardless of the hour.

The drink situation really showed me how poorly they handle customer feedback — no apology, no effort to make it right, just defensiveness and attitude. It completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable evening.

Good food doesn’t mean much when it’s served with bad manners and zero respect for the customer. This was my worst dining experience in a long time, and I will make sure others know before choosing to eat here.

Food was fine, but the service felt like a bad comedy show. I asked for a drink without ice — apparently, that was too controversial because the staff decided to argue with me about my own order. They rushed us like we were on a timer, serving main course and dessert together. And dessert? For three people, we got one spoon, no plates, and a single bowl — like it was a survival challenge. If you like paying full price to be treated like an inconvenience, this is the spot for you.

Went to an event where they were catering. The food was really good but the staff they hire are useless. I do no expect them not to spill everything in the plate on me at a wedding function. If you do not know how to hold a plate you should not be working. Not sure what the hiring criteria is but this unacceptable.

🔔 Warning: Metal Screw Found in Chicken — No Follow‑Up from Zaika, Owner Never Called.
I ordered the chicken 65 and found a small metal piece embedded in the meat piece and it came in my mouth while chewing it.
I immediately called to the restaurant and a girl picked up my call. I was expecting a sincere apology or investigation so that this does not happen to somebody else as it is a serious health concern.
Instead, they outright denied that it came from their kitchen and refused to take responsibility and offered me store credits which i didn’t wanted and already told her that i am just concerned about the health related issue.
When she realised that it was going out of their shoes. She suggested that i can speak with the owner, Mr. Lalit Arora, who stepped in. He appeared concerned and promised he would “check it” and call me the next morning. That call never came — I waited couple of days.
I thought that they really care about their customers but this situation pissed me off and i was not going to take any legal action before as the owner looked concerned but now i will be forwarding to do whatever is good for neighbourhoods health.

This Indian restaurant is a true gem! The flavors, the service, and the overall vibe were all spot on. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with the warm welcome and very friendly staff. Honestly the best service I’ve had in awhile.

Today We came in as a group of 4 around 10:10 p.m., july 31st.

The store closes at 1 a.m., but the two servers were already being rude.

First, my brother was just looking around the buffet area. One girl walked up with attitude and asked, “Do you need something?” while rolling her eyes. Very uncalled for.

We let that go, but then the second server—wearing glasses—came to take our order. No greeting. No smile. Just, “Do you need more time to order?” and then she walked off.

Both girls looked like they didn’t want to work. Their attitude and lack of basic courtesy made us want to leave.

Very poor customer service. No effort to make us feel welcome at all.
