So I had come in to return an order that was made wrong and you know what they did? They put the burgers that I touched and took apart INTO the food warmer chute instead of throwing them away! Probably to be reused! I used to work here and this is NOT what we did, other people’s food touches that chute! Not food safe at all

The tomatoes were not fresh and they were mushy. The burger was very dry compared to other A&W’s this location needs to do better in their product. The fries were nice and hot though and so were the onion rings. Service at the drive through was rushed could be a little more friendly, they weren’t real busy so no excuse, wouldn’t take much to do better.

My daughter and I Went through the drive thru we ended up waiting for 10mins before someone took our order when we got the food it was hot but greasy beyong belief. The onion rings were full of grease and falling apart the teen burgers were not flame grilled they were so extremely greasy they coated our mouths and our hands were slippery just from holding the bag of onion rings and now my daughter has grease marks on her clothing from where the bag she was holding with the food was sitting.... So disgusting and not worth the $33 we spend for two meals

Once we ordered we had to wait like 20 minutes. Staff were busy serving drive thru guests. We ordered the same common burger which all the driver thru people were ordering and they were getting served ahead of us even when they arrived after us. When we finally got the order I asked for Mayonnaise, they said “it’s not free here” however I get it free at every A&W. And, their pop machine was not working properly, only carbonated water came out of it no flavour. I even tried other flavours after coke. Worst experience at any A&W. not coming back here.

The lady at the counter was rude and shouldn’t be working at the front since she doesn’t care about the customer service. Not coming back at this location!

I went into the store this morning to order breakfast to go. The woman who was cooking acknowledged me through a smile, but the man doing the counter and drive through didn't even give me a glance. I would've been fine waiting since he was taking drive through orders, but I was there for about ten minutes, and, like I said, he did not acknowledge me at all. He should've at least said hello and apologised for the wait, saying he'd get to me as soon as he could. I don't mind waiting if someone serving customers at least shows that they know a customer is waiting.
I ended up walking out.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me there. In the past, I always received excellent service, even though I usually had to wait for someone to take my order or for my food to arrive.
As I said, I don't mind waiting if the person working the counter at least lets the customer know that they will be served as soon as they can get to them.

The drive thru guy was super polite and friendly. We had a laugh and my food was awesome. It’s nice to have social interactions like this
