The tomatoes were not fresh and they were mushy. The burger was very dry compared to other A&W’s this location needs to do better in their product. The fries were nice and hot though and so were the onion rings. Service at the drive through was rushed could be a little more friendly, they weren’t real busy so no excuse, wouldn’t take much to do better.
I went into the store this morning to order breakfast to go. The woman who was cooking acknowledged me through a smile, but the man doing the counter and drive through didn't even give me a glance. I would've been fine waiting since he was taking drive through orders, but I was there for about ten minutes, and, like I said, he did not acknowledge me at all. He should've at least said hello and apologised for the wait, saying he'd get to me as soon as he could....
The food is good but the place is consistently under staffed. I feel for the workers, they always seem really busy. Hire more people to match the amount of business you get ya know. The staff work hard, are very friendly and will even insist on bringing the food to your table.
