The cakes perhaps need a new recipe for a lighter icing; it was unfortunately a monstrosity of inedible butter cream icing. Very little cake (which seemed dry) and lots of this icing. The cake would have been much better with an icing made with whipped cream and icing sugar.

The Scones, and Doughnuts, and Gingerbread Cookies…glad I don’t live in Agassiz…it could become quite a routine! My Son had some chicken pizza bread thing, he loved it and he’s a bit of a critic. (Sorry I don’t know the actual name of it) Stop in, you won’t be disappointed. I am normally a bit underwhelmed with bakeries but this one is absolutely amazing!!!
