I enjoy this place but sometimes I wonder why is their miso so bland. No green onion, zero tofu, just a miso paste mixed with water. You could cube one tofu block for 3$ and feed your restaurant for one day. I can’t stand cheapness. And now when I order a chicken teriyaki, it’s like half of a boneless thigh.

It’s been 3 weeks since I arrived in Canada.
We had a delicious lunch at Cheam sushi located in Agassiz, BC.
I ordered raw rice and volcano roll,
The hoedeopbap with red pepper paste base, vegetables and salmon was more delicious than the one I had in Korea, and the volcano roll was also special, combining East and West well.
The service is good and the food is delicious.
I enjoyed my meal gratefully.
