I went in as my granddaughter needed to use a washroom and they wouldn’t let her. I could understand if it was me looking. We have bought lots of pizzas here before but this didn’t sit well with me so won’t be buying here anymore.

Had the most unbelievable experience with Dominos in Agassiz yesterday. Ordered nearly $100 worth of pizzas and upon opening them I realized one was wrong. I called them to let them know about the mistake but had the unpleasant surprise of the man who originally took the order, take the phone and proceed to tell me that he entered the order correctly and confirmed with me 3 times. I politely told him that I order from them once, if not twice a week with my colleagues and have never ordered the pizza that he mistakenly gave (ordered Extravaganza but they gave a Meatzza). He continued to be rude over the phone stating that he was certain I ordered a Meatzza and reiterated that he confirmed the order multiple times over the phone. At this point, I was now slightly annoyed and said I'd like a pizza free of charge on my next order. He went on to tell me that he would deliver the Extravaganza and told me to never order from them again. I was completely appalled to hear him say do not order from here again, we will not be accepting your orders.
It appears to be under new management or ownership as of recently as I have never had an issue with the previous employees. Safe to say I will never be ordering from this location again and will take my business to one of the other pizza spots in Agassiz.
Wanted to share to let others know how downhill the customer service has gone since new management and recommend taking your pizza business elsewhere! 🍕

Amazing food ALWAYS.... The staff are extremely kind and very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Love how respectful and very informative regarding their menu and giving great customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. If anyone ever has an issue with their item or items they have ordered, (I witnessed while in store) the staff is always willing to make things the way the customer has requested.

My experience with this Dominos branch was a bit strange. The online order was canceled twice without comment. When I asked, I was told this was because my cell phone number didn't have a local area code. In an absolute tourism stronghold like Agassiz and Harisson? Seriously? In addition, online payment was strangely only possible with Mastercard. The pizza was otherwise good.
Parking: Parking in the plaza in front of the door, difficult to park for large vehicles such as trucks or campers.

Thursday Aug I, 2024 have always loved domino's pizza. I ordered a large 4 Topping pizza hand tossed. It's the worst pizza we ever had. The crust was so thick around the edges and so thin every where else, like paper, tasted like flour so bad!!!! I don't know if I want to try again. It has been our go to pizza place What happened???

Your delivery fee doesn’t go to the driver! Goes to the owner! The drivers use their own cars and gas, wear and tear on their cars! and rely on tips. Yes they get minimum wage but they could choose to just stay in the shop and make pizza and make minimum wage and not use their car. Tip your delivery person ppl!!!!!

Most times its bad,not the best not not as bad as this time, something was a miss, two of my pizza crusts were hardly cooked, I had to rebake them in my oven at home, and idk what it was but my husband, daughter and I were almost immediately sick after only a couple peices. Could have been the raw dough but I’m not entirely sure. It’s sad because I used to love dominoes , but I won’t be ordering from them anymore.
