Decent place but too many seats for a small place and very noisy. Service was good but the food for me was terrible. Worst ribs ever !! The sauce was just horrible so sweet ! Pretty much ketchup and brown sugar lol. Scntizel was mediocre at best. Wife had the Korean rice bowl and said it was good but also too sweet . Been wanting too go here for a while as seeing so many FB posts about it . Was expecting alot better and won't be going back .

My partner and I went there for dinner last week. We were there early for dinner at 4:30 pm when they first open. We were seated at a dirty table and the chairs had crumbs on them. We asked if we could have a booth at the front but she said no they were going to be too busy later on. The table we were given was a old treadle sewing !machine with the bar in the middle.Both of us kept hitting it and it was so very uncomfortable 😣!!! I was ordering the salmon bun with salad and asked if I could have the salmon in a salad leaf....she said that they don't have any and she could just have the bun removed. Then I asked her what kind of salad dressing did they have? She replied only one kind and it's ranch. (Not my favorite I prefer an oily dressing) My meal comes and my salad is a heaping plate of greens right out of the container and just saturated I ranch dressing and my little piece of salmon buried under it!! My partner had the schnitzel. The corners were so thin and completely over done and the same sauce they put on the schnitzel was on the baked potato that was only half cooked.The potato was raw in the middle..beets were awful ..too much cardomon or something. All in all we will not be back !!! Interesting enough the front booths were never occupied by anyone when we left! No one even came and asked how are meals were or if we needed anything! Absolutely terrible customer service !

The food is quite good 👍 The portions are very large and you will not leave here hungry. Honestly the prices don't reflect the amount of food you will receive at this place. It is way cheaper than you think you would pay any where else for a similar food items.

The Broken Whisk in Agassiz for date night last night hit every mark. From the thoughtful detail in decor, to the extremely friendly attentive staff, to the phenomenal food. We were served by one of the owners, on her own birthday (Happy Birthday again). She was an absolute delight and answered all my questions and requests for recommendations. The place was packed 10 minutes after opening, and after the first few bites we could tell why. The cocktails were made well and the perfect accompaniment to our meal. We had the Asian wings, nachos, the seafood schnitzel, and the iron horse burger. I had a long Island and a Ceasar while my hubby had a whiskey on the rocks. It was the perfect date night, we totally forgot about the 4 kids impatiently waiting at home for us, who I will add devoured all the leftovers. This place is a gem, and we must protect it at all costs lol 💕🥰❤️

Went for Valentines dinner. There was a select menu but no prices. Two meals came out to $120.00 for very mediocre food. Service was by far the worst considering they had 4 people waiting and the place wasn't that big. Very disappointed

A quick update on the catering side of this business. Again, great job on the Burns Night, catering a roast beef dinner, traditional foods and the Scottish Haggis. Our 4th dinner by Whisk. Guessing 300(plus) but I'm not affiliated with that association, just a guest. So important is feedback on food. Will use words not pictures. Table of 18 enjoyed the new recipe and posotibe words for next year's 50th year. Hope everyone agrees. Leaving my past review as a testament of some great meals.... made the job look seamlessly easy. Thought 3 stations worked great, all menu items tasted very good, good temperature and on my second plate... etc. And buckwheat, who knew?
