Great food experience, had a few different smaller dishes and they were all fantastic and prepared with care. The bannock with spruce butter was amazing!

The restaurant was less than 1/3 full and they gave us a table that had a view of the pool, despite lake view tables available. Having to see people in their swimsuits every time you glance out the window isn't the greatest when you're enjoying a nice dinner

Was brought in with a large group, and the service handled it admirably, they were incredibly generous with the portions and the food was exultant, I personally enjoyed the mussels, bison short ribs and the elk patè, the mussels were salty and lovely, the short ribs beautifully presented and melted like butter, and the elk had wondrous seasonings. Executive Chef Corey was extremely amiable and was willing to answer questions about the menu. All in all, a very good experience, and I am likely to return.

I brought a complex group to both the hot springs and the restaurant and Chef Cory and Cam took incredibly good care of us. The team is fantastic and the food is stupendous!
